I had one of the most shocking and disappointing dining experiences at Waltz Fish House. After receiving my meal, I mentioned it wasn’t cooked properly. Instead of preparing a new plate, the server actually took my partially eaten food from my plate, brought it back to the kitchen, re-cooked it, and then served it back to me.
