I've been to Yoders for years and remember them for the amazing breakfast, exceptional customer service and welcoming atmosphere but went there on a Saturday and was very disappointed inviting my family, as a young man yelled at my dad and I to go outside line like everyone else for going into the exit door accidently to order at the checkout even though we didn't see the exit sign since someone leaving left the door open for us. When ordering different few pie slices totaling over $40, my family including my daughter, niece and nephews said the pies were nasty. The chocolate cream tasted very artificial with maybe 20% chocolate filling and not delightful in the least. The peanut butter was mostly whipping cream with very little if any crust that I once enjoyed and hardly any of the rich peanut butter taste that I remembered. Just pure disappointment and was upset but held back my anger after the young man yelled at us for being in the wrong line. 😒

The staff are very friendly. Our server was very helpful and very attentive and came to our table with a smile and cheerful attitude. The muffins were delicious. The raspberry stuffed French toast was delicious. The gift shop had a lot of items to look at and choose from. It's a very family friendly atmosphere.

Never a miss here. A Local must when you come to visit Sarasota! I live in South Carolina and every time I visit florida I have to stop by here and get the fried chicken, corn bread, mac and cheese and it wouldn’t be a complete meal without the Dutch Apple Crumb pie. The service is always excellent and the atmosphere is so homely

I travel quite a bit, especially up and down the East coast, and I gotta tell you.. this place has the best stuffed french toast. I'm gonna say this again, and I want you to really listen to me, because I'm dead serious:
This place has the best stuffed french toast. I doubled back to this restaurant the morning of my flight and risked being late to the airport just to get their french toast one more time.
The ONLY complaint that I have - you could get two pieces of french toast, and they had blueberry stuffed and raspberry stuffed, but they said I couldn't get one of each. Gluttony may be a sin, but I needed one of each, so I was a bit disappointed in that regard. But seriously, words can't do it justice. It was incredible.
