Nini's Cuban Restaurant offers a menu full of authentic Cuban dishes. The chicken empanadas arrive fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. The ceviche is bright and fresh, and the truffle fries are perfectly seasoned. Sweet plantains are caramelized and a great side. The Lechon Asado with Moro and yuca is well prepared, and the Cuban cafe Expreso adds a nice touch. Seafood Paella for two includes a salad and feeds at least three or four people. Fried yucca is fantastic. Skirt steak, called churrasco, is seasoned and tender, while black beans and white rice are cooked to perfection. The Yucca with mojo is also a highlight. Other menu items such as chicken soup with lime, salmon salad, pollo con arroz, and sweet plantains receive high praise. The atmosphere is nice and the prices are reasonable. Service is friendly and spot on. The restaurant is a welcome addition to the local area and is strongly recommended for lunch or dinner.
