Went for a belated birthday dinner with a friend. Order the Philly cheesesteak sandwiches on a wrap. Had to send 1 back 2 times. Ask for a manager who was as rude as can be. Offered a 10% discount on a sandwich sent back twice. (When finally came out it was burnt bit I needed to eat. Had to go to work.) He than Offered 50% off or to take my food back. I hand it to him and he looked at it and said 50% off. We order to go food which was also sent back. Worst service ever. Waitress...read full review
I like that there are other kids my age there.
Very slow service. We’ve dined here numerous times and have come to expect slow service, but when we went yesterday, the waitress said it would be about 90 minutes before we could order food.
So we, and others went down the street to Captain Hiram’s. Competitively priced, great atmosphere and we had our food within about 15-20 minutes.
