“My husband and I chose this restaurant because of its reviews. We were so happy with our server, Gabby, and the owner, Mina, that we went back for brunch and oven-fired pizza at The Backyard at Faded the next day. The atmosphere is amazing, the food is delicious, the customer service is exceptional, and though all three visits were 5-star, we never felt like we were at the same place because there are so many different, unique places to dine. Definitely would go back!😋“

“WCFR rode out from Sarasota 11-1-25 to The Gator Shack, had called early to let them know we were coming. They were beyond ready for us. Great service, amble seating and most of all amazing food. Thank you.“

“Stopped in for a drink and to check the place out. Christopher, the bartender, greeted us at the door, and was both personal and professional. He told all about the place and it's history. I had the IPA, which was great, and my wife had a cocktail with their home made lemon vodka. Also very good. She liked it so much that we purchased a bottle. Would definitely stop in again when in the area.“

“We went to Denny's for breakfast and sat at the table for 20 minutes and never even got greeted so we left and came to Ihop and had a wonderful experience with Brianna who gave us great service with a smile. The food was great too 👍“

Definitely the kids favorite place to go to eat! Workers are very nice and the food is pretty good too¡!

“I'm writing this as a delivery person only. If you are going to be traveling any amount of distance. DO NOT PUT IT IN A HOT BAG! The paper bag WILL rip from the amount of moisture! I had a customer's dinner all over the inside of my hot bag and car.“

“Excellent Grouper (love mine fried, nice & light), my favorite there & the Lemon chicken soup is awesome! The variety of food should appeal to everyone.. homemade stuffed peppers and cabbage rolls, spaghetti with huge meatballs, Greek salads.. if course!! Sub's & grinders (mmm the Italian is my favorite❤️) I've never had a bad meal here! If anyone complains it's because they didn't ask !! Food is homemade, daily specials and they've been around for a long time. Relocated from over by the Save A Lot to the Lakeshore Mall.. enter at the back & they're directly across from the AMC movie theater.. they do close early though. Food's packed well for to go orders (I recommend 2 lemon chicken soups 😍awesome for the next day!) my fried grouper was delicious and still hot when I got home! Good food!!“

“Other than giving my order to a person who looked like he just wanted to go home, and was not that friendly. This wasn't too bad of a visit. Enjoyed discovering a special on the chicken tenders meal they have there. Chicken tenders and occasional ice cream orders are my two main reasons for going to DQ. Of course they have burgers there also, and their great selection of blizzards and other ice cream treats. The chicken tender meal was a bit smaller, but cost less. The special part of the meal was that it included a small sundae. Don't visit any Dairy Queen restaurants too often since I don't eat that much ice cream (junk food). But, do enjoy those chicken tenders with some great gravy available for them. Do get the enjoyable blizzard occasionally of course.“
