I should have known better as i usually stick with your fish, however i was craving a burger today and asked nicely to get a fresh one because last few times i've ordered burgers they were cold and dry & burnt, well same today after pleading for a nice one, therefore i will only order fish here from now on, NO MORE BURGERS! and actually the manager that took my order really didn't care that i asked for a great burger, and fresh one, he just said does that complete your order
Again we try and go back because we love the food and custard, being from WI and opening 3 Culver’s myself, this one has gone down hill so bad. We yet again have items missing from your pick up order and it’s not even worth calling anymore to complain. I’m also not getting back in my car to drive back there to grab it. Great food. Fresh, tasty, great selection. Clean and comfortable. Hands on management. The manager greets everyone and you can see him doing everything - he leads by example - that’s probably why the Staff is excellent. Can’t say enough good about this place. My wife loves it - I wasn’t one for “fast food” but I listened to her and gave this a chance and now it’s one of my favorites. They have a pork cutlet sandwich that is outstanding.
