It's okay for what it is, but let's be honest, the food isn't great and nothing I think is made in house anymore. The staff all appear lethargic and asking the guy preparing my sandwich to repeat the number for the order was like pulling teeth. If you need a quick coffee, go ahead, but don't expect much.

Not the fault of staff but ordering drive up is broken. You have to order and wait at the window. Would be nice to have people order, pull into parking spots and have a runner being orders to cars instead of waiting in a line. Lots of people see the line and leave .. losing business

This place really does exceed expectations as a "fast food" coffee/donut/breakfast spot. The price isnt bad for what the quality is. The portions have been shrinking over the years, but that's how it is with everywhere. However, the servers are really nice, and super quick to ensure you get your order and quickly. My favorite Dunkin' in the area to come to.
