Good food. Prepared well with huge portions. There is no atmosphere as it's pickup. The store is clean and busy. Have been coming here for three

Tried it for the first time today and I gotta say, not good. The food was almost inedible. The fried rice was undercooked and crunchy. The pork tasted very stale like it was at the back of the freezer for a long time. The general Tso’s chicken breading and sauce was tasty but the actual chicken inside had a slimey chewy stringy almost undercooked texture to it. Do not waste your money or do, I don’t care but don’t say I didn’t warn you.I’m open to changing my review if the cooks decide to put some care into the food they prepare because the quality and taste of it is bad.The young lady running the cash register was friendly, had my food ready to go, and rang me up quickly as to not waste my time so she gets 5 stars.Atmosphere I really don’t care about. It has that run down Chinese take out hole in the wall aesthetic which I don’t mind. I’ve had amazing Chinese food before from poorly maintained, run down, dirty buildings in other cities so that is no problem for me. Sadly this is just a small dingy Chinese take out restaurant with no good food to justify the lack of atmosphere.

I order from here about once a week or every other week. ALWAYS awesome! Love their food. When I moved here I tried many others and they were not as good. This place is the best in town for sure. Definitely a pickup / delivery type place (almost no seats). Delivery has always been very fast for me even on busy nights. Highly recommend ?

Being that I live in a rural area in Florida, I don't get American Chinese food very often. But like so many others, I love. Egg Foo Young is my favorite and until now I didn't know it could bad or so flavorless. I visited this place while visiting family in Tampa. It came upon their recommendation and what's better when everyone is tired an over the day than take out Chinese. The restaurant seemed to run like well oiled cogs. And it smelled good. But unfortunately, our food did not impress. Egg Foo Young patties were very thin and SUPER greasy. The oil was pooled in the bottom of the to go container and the a good half inch around the edge was inedible. The sauce looked like yellow (?) baby puked food and was tasteless. Fried rice was also yellow . Egg drop soup was very yellow but had nice consistency. If ont the area again, I'd prob try to find another place try. Bummed bc I don't like leaving poor reviews ☹️.

Do not eat here. They do not stand behind their food quality or taste. I’ve never eaten this horrible of Chinese food in my life. Total breading no chicken, foul tasting egg drop soup. No egg flavor, also bland no flavor chop suey. Manager would not credit any part of the order.

The food here is really good, until it isn’t.We have been ordering here for over a year and typically get our food 15-20 minutes after ordering. We ordered on a busy Friday night and was quoted a 45 minute wait. Completely understandable. We waited an hour and twenty minutes. Half the food was cold. I called in the least Karen way possible and asked if I could speak with the owner. The lady over the phone did every possible to not let me speak with her. A manager finally got on the phone and told her the situation. Her response was, “Well at least you have some warm food…”Seriously? They would refund me if they come over and pick up the cold, contaminated food. Why? To be petty?Disputing the charge. Never eating here again. Poor customer service. I just wanted to eat some fast, yummy Chinese food without the customer service drama.

Ok, this place is great. We have had the magnolian beef, the general chicken, the pepper beef all with lo main noodles. So we are from Texas, when we order magnolian beef, it it like a glaze. This was in a broth, but the broth was delicious. After I finished the meat, I took the noodles and dunked them in the broth....winner.The pepper beef had too much of a fish taste too it. Not my personal preference. The meat was super tender. The noodles were piping hot, they were so fresh. All in all, this is a great place to eat. Maybe a little pricey, but the portions are generous.

Florida isn't the best place to find good Chinese food, but Hong Kong is a hidden gem. The restaurant isn't much to look at, but the food is the best I have had outside of NYC's Chinatown. We had General Tso's chicken and sweet and sour chicken. The General Tso's had a great flavor, which was a pleasant surprise, since most Florida Chinese restaurants are flavorless and soggy. The sweet and sour chicken was as good as the best sweet and sour chicken I have ever had. This is a restaurant that I highly recommend, and will be a frequent customer.

Wow, I have been ordering from this restaurant for almost 5 years. I wanted to put in a delivery order and for one $10.50 meal the cart price is already over $21. That is ridiculous. Guess I won't be getting delivery from them anymore. So many fees, auto gratuity. For that $10.50 the auto grat was $5.49. Plus a delivery fee. Nope
