Ok, this place is great. We have had the magnolian beef, the general chicken, the pepper beef all with lo main noodles.So we are from Texas, when we order magnolian beef, it it like a glaze. This was in a broth, but the broth was delicious. After I finished the meat, I took the noodles and dunked them in the broth....winner.The pepper beef had too much of a fish taste too it. Florida isn't the best place to find good Chinese food, but Hong Kong is a hidden gem. The restaurant isn't much to look at, but the food is the best I have had outside of NYC's Chinatown. We had General Tso's chicken and sweet and sour chicken. The General Tso's had a great flavor, which was a pleasant surprise, since most Florida Chinese restaurants are flavorless and soggy. I order from here about once a week or every other week. ALWAYS awesome! Love their food. When I moved here I tried many others and they were not as good. This place is the best in town for sure. Definitely a pickup / delivery type place (almost no seats). Delivery has always been very fast for me even on busy nights. Highly recommend ?
