Order the meatball cecilian came to me burnt.I called them instead of offering me another unburnt Pizza.I just got a bunch of excuses as to why it was burnt like the place won't be going back for a while
Tonight, NYE, they thought they were going to run out of dough and closing (good problem to have)…called me to cancel my (online) order I just made i didnt call first. Fair. Called me back and said even though they’re closing - they’ll make my order for my out of town friends who will be arriving in about an hour. That was solid customer service, my first order from them, and I’ll probably have many many more. Thank you for saving the day!!!!
