I found this place through this app because i was so tired of paying for crappy pizza. when you live most of your life in jersey and there’s more than one great pizza place in every town,i am very happy to find it. walking in gives the vibe of a trad place from my hometown, the pizza matched. i only ordered a pepperoni pizza and one sandwich but i’ll definitely go back again. hearing someone say they were served by josephine was incredible- the synchronicity cannot be mistaken. i was there at an odd hour on a weekday so the atmosphere was quiet, but it seems like kids are welcome. No stairs so wheelchair accessible and the website to order is great. start to finish the experience was terrific. Also, very smart place to open,Seabreeze is such a nice beachside street. There are local merchants rather than side to side chain restaurants.“

“I placed a large order for my whole family and went to pick it up, pizza was made wrong and the whole order was wrong. They remade my order and took another 45mins. One of the guys gave us a discount card and wrote his name and 50% off on it, told us to come back and get half off next time due to their mess up, obviously that was a lie. Called to order one day and they said they can't honor the card, even went down there and they won't honor the card or keep their word. It's ridiculous, the guy working says he doesn't have the managers or owners phone number to call to verify. it's ridiculous! Won't ever be going back here and do not recommend, customer service sucks!“

“My experience there is usually wonderful but today it was exceptionally great, from the greeting to the leaving. The two women that were my first encounter were happy positive accommodating for something that I had asked for, I needed five pizzas all create your own, three for my husband, myself and my son and the other two were for my daughter and my three grandchildren, she told me that there was a better deal if I bought 3 pizzas, and add 2 additional items. I still need two more pizzas so I went ahead and ordered the two additional pizzas. The two additional items were meatballs and the other one I chose was a pesto cheesy bread, I also added six drink drinks I used my five off of 25 For six people came home with a ton of food and it was still under $70. That wasn’t just a good deal…. what stood out the most is that everybody loved the meatballs and the cheesy bread so much!!! lol so thanks for this offer, i’ve never even paid attention that there was anything else other than pizza, it worked out great for everybody. There was a guy that came by numerous times to clean up the table and take away the trash. He kept the table clean, which otherwise would be atrocious with the four of us and three Children, 5, 8 and 10 so they have big appetites but can also make a mess. I thought it was interesting that I was offered to complete this because today was a perfect day for me to write a review. We had a great dinner and it was a last-minute decision. Oh I forgot this part. I ordered every pizza with the exception of my grown daughters because she has a specific way she likes it. I ordered all the rest and paid for everything and when she arrived, the kids sat down and started eating their pizza and she got in line and pointed over to me that I was her mom and she said absolutely, what can we get for you we have yours

Parking: It’s in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking space.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s all ground level and tables have chairs that can move easily. Not booths.“

“We came from Tampa to Ormand Beach for the basketball tournament. After googling pizza places we found Manny’s Pizza House. Their website said they offered reservations which was what we needed with 25-30 people in our group. When I called and requested a reservation for 5pm on a Saturday it was easy and accepted. When we arrived our tables were all ready. We had two servers who were very attentive and quick with gathering our orders by each family. The food was delicious! Our group enjoyed the Greek salad, all types of pizzas, wings, pasta and desserts. What I found most impressive was the same two servers were also waiting on the 7-8 other tables. Even with our loud large group of kids and adults the restaurant didn’t seem frantic or unorganized. I was very impressed! Definitely worth trying and I know when we come back to Daytona/Ormand Beach we will make sure to stop and have some amazing Italian food!!! Thank you again!!!“

They delivered to my parents 3-4 times a month, dad love your wings.

Jacob, I hope that’s his name on the receipt, was an absolute rock star. He was very patient with my elderly father and answered all his questions. We told him what we wanted and he was even able to save us a few dollars by putting us into a combo. He is extremely friendly and if he’s not a manager yet, put him on track to become one. Learn from him and have him train your new hires.

I was visiting from New York, so I wasn’t expecting to find pizza that actually tastes like home—but this place really delivered. The crust had that perfect texture, the sauce was flavorful, and everything just tasted fresh and well-made.

What really stood out to me, though, was how welcoming and kind the staff were. From the moment I walked in, they were polite, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. My order was ready right on time, hot and fresh, which I really appreciated.

It’s not always easy to find great takeout pizza, especially when you’re used to New York pizza, but this place definitely exceeded my expectations. “I've actually been a huge promoter of five star pizza for MANY of years, not really because of the quality but more of the timing and always the customer service behind it..., until this evening that is,... the people answering the phones are a bunch of Knuckleheads... nobody knows anything that's actually being promoted on any kind of website of Their Own, then spoken to absolutely disgustingly by some girl, then passed on to somebody else ( that I was told that was the general manager but then found out that that was false LOL) that hung up on me which claimed to have been the general manager which now I find out is not and is another person of the name of Billy... called back and was put on hold to speak to Billy and was hung up on again twice extremely rude.... from one business owner to another local business absolutely disgusting business manners and I will never again spend another dollar in this establishment and I will make sure I share that across the board as I have lived here for over 30 plus years“
