“My son got locked in the bathroom last night b/c the bathroom door lock is broken, he was pretty traumatized. I had used it earlier and had trouble getting the door to unlock and open. I told the manager but she really didn't seem to care. She couldn't be bothered. I'm sure that's some kind of fire violation, if there's an emergency but your patron can't get out of the bathroom b/c the door lock is broken, you've got big problems! Get your bathroom door fixed!“

Even though they weren’t doing pizza when we came in, she made the accommodation to make one for us! The chicken parm was excellent as well. Excellent service & food. Drinks are reasonably priced. Portions are generous, everything is made fresh to order and the place runs like a well oiled machine. This was probably my 10th visit here, and it’s always been top notch. Make sure you order the garlic knots, I dream about them when I’m back home!“

Though not much seating, we were not rushed in the least. I was accompanied by two who had never been there. All questions were answered pleasantly. Thin, crispy crust. High quality ingredients. My brother's pepperoni (he is not a pepperoni fan but did not ask for a substitute on his pizza) was not in the least bit greasy. My gluten free crust was delicious, as usual. I ordered the gyro pizza for something totally different, and learned some people come especially for that. I understand why. It was excellent. I had never tried their wings. “Hubby and I had our second visit to Don Giovanni’s in Ormond Beach on 10/18/2023, and it was better than our first visit (if that is possible) Now we are hooked. I had chicken franchise and hubby had chicken Marsala. Both were wonderful. Chicken was so tender and both sauces were outstanding. I can’t say enough how good the bread is, just so fresh and delicious, salad is large and cold. Now, let’s talk cheesecake! We had the strawberry cheesecake….well, nothing like we ever had. Creamy, sweet, awesome crust, presentation amazing. We have many many years of taste testing cheesecake, and this is by far our Favorite. Love love love Don Giovanni’s.❤️❤️“

I called after we got home and realized the WHOLE cheese bread was covered in parmesan which made it totally inedible to him.
