A very sweet girl answered the phone, listened to my request and said “ your pizza is in the oven, I’ll make sure it’s extra crispy! “The lasagna balls are amazing! I give them a 9.2 out of ten. The pizza is based on being a NY boy from the Bronx. I give the pizza a solid 7.2 out of 10. Good pizza, but what makes the crust is the water, which makes or breaks pizza. NYC water is unlike any water outside of this area. It makes it hard to present a great pizza. For what it's worth, it's probably one of the best pizzas I have had outside of New York with the exception of Chicago pizza, which is a peg better. That's my honest opinion. You may come away with a different perspective. So come here with an open mind and definitely give them a shot. Even if you just come for the Lasagna Balls. “10 ot of 10 ! Will 100% eat again! I am not a big pizza person. But I ate this entire pie! Super unique pizza options. And you get to add the star for an up charge to any pizza you would like, I definitely recommend doing this! Service was really nice. It does get busy in here, I don't know if you could have a reservation. I would definitely try to make a reservation if you can! I have been really picky on my wine lately, and their white wine is great! They do let you sample it before you buy which is nice. Their pizza was not overly filling due to the light breading. I would definitely recommend an entire pie for two people. It is so delicious he won't be able to stop eating it!“

“It was our family’s first time at Anthony’s Restaurant & Pizzeria. There was plenty of parking and when we entered the restaurant, Angelina greeted us with a smile. She immediately took us to a table, took our orders, and returned shortly afterwards with hot garlic knots and marina sauce that were extra delicious!Soon thereafter, Angelina brought our orders. “This place is great. My first date with my wife was at a Salvadoran restaurant for pupusas, but this is our new spot for pupusas. I'm a chef and come from a mixed background of Filipino, American and African-American cultures. So, I love exploring new cuisines and so does my wife. We have had food here numerous times and all of the food we have tried is great.“

“I've been to a few of these locations around the state and had to swing by for a lunch prior to the Auto Train in Sanford.The garlic parmesan wings were recommended by the server and she was 100% correct. Crispy ski and a light creamy sauce coating combined perfectly. None of that oily, greasy garlic parm sauce. Really good wings.The pizzas were similarly fantastic - mostly due to the crust of course. They use a particular crust there and cook them perfectly with a little bit of crisp.went with 4 stars on service and atmosphere merely due to the fact that they were not busy at all yet we were seated in the corner of the building and the food delivery was a bit slower than you'd expect for it being not busy on a Saturday. But I guess you could factor in that the food was cooked perfectly so... probably worth the wait.“

“I found this place by searching for a pizza place close to my grandparents house. The ones around the area are overrated and just not good in my opinion. I called, made my order and drove there. The pizza came straight out of the oven fresh and hot! I ordered a pepperoni and extra cheese pizza and they were not stingy with the cheese at all! The guy working the register was the only person in there I think, it was so empty! What a hidden gem for real! I'll definitely use this place from now on and explore their menu more.“

“First time dropping in and I have to say I am impressed. I’ve been to a lot of pizza places down here in Florida and most are hit or miss. This place is a hit. Pizza is delicious. From the crunchy soft crust, to the delicious tomato sauce the pizza hits the spot. Rice balls were also really good, however I think 8 bucks is pricey for one rice ball. We also got the chocolate cannoli cake a little too much cake and not enough cream, but it was still good. Restaurant was clean inside and very busy, staff was friendly and attentive and the wait for food wasn’t too long. Will definitely be back. Great deal for two slices and a drink for only 7 bucks, that can’t be beat“
“This was a great place to have lunch. The inside if very low-key casual dining, but the food was a step above that. We arrived on a weekday around noon and despite Sanford being unusually busy that afternoon, the restaurant was not really all that crowded, we were seated immediately. While her i ordered a Chicago Beef sandwich and it arrived fairly promptly. Notably, the sandwich was sizable. It was stuffed with chunks of beef and mushrooms topped with a layer of cheese. The sandwich was flavorful when I bit into it. Great tasking sandwich! The dish came with potato chips standard, but I opted to upgrade to Onion rings as a side - which was a great choice! The portion was large and there was no room for dessert - although I will admit that the desserts in the neighboring cold case looked quite appealing. There is both inside and outdoor seating at the restaurant. Sanford is usually fairly easy to find a parking spot if you are willing to walk a block or so from a public lot - which is really worth it because this area of Sanford is really cool to look around. This area also has a lot of street side parking which is usually occupied in my experience,Overall a great experience and I suspect I'll be here again!“
“This is a great little restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and it makes you feel like you are back home, no matter where you are from. The wait staff was great! The food was good. Their calzones are huge (even the small) and soooo yummy. However I wasn't impressed with the sub as it was toasted and a little too hard in my opinion. We didn't try the mimosas but the special was 2 for $5 and we will definitely return to try them!Vegetarian options: As with most Italian offerings it is easy to get a vegetarian meal here. Cheese and/or veggie pizza, calzones, stromboli, ect. As well as salad and appetizers to choose from.“
“Enjoyed lunch here on Saturday at around 11:30am. Restaurant was very quiet (only 3 parties in the restaurant including me). I was told to sit wherever I’d like, so I took a comfortable booth. My server was attentive and brought me fresh bread even before getting my drink order. The bread was alright. A bit on the doughy side with no real crust/crunch to it, and the raw garlic was a bit intense. If the bread was crustier and they sauteed the garlic, it would be better. For my entree I decided to try something crazy that I’ve never heard of before, filet mignon parmesan served over mushroom alfredo pasta. While not very traditional, I did enjoy what was a very generous portion of pounded/breaded/fried steak with pomodoro and melted cheese served over a creamy alfredo pasta. I don’t think they make their pasta in-house, and that is something they should consider since so many high end Italian restaurants do now and it definitely makes a difference. Overall I would say my meal was very good, but not quite a 5 star experience. Its definitely great for the area though!“
“Our family loves pizza and we are on the hunt for the best pizza in Deltona. We’ve been to Italianos a total of 3 times now and 2 of those times the pizza was perfect! The 3rd time it was a bit overcooked for me. However, my husband liked it better that way. Our servers have been friendly and efficient. “Decided to pick up some food on Sunday, I got there just before 12pm so had to wait for them to open. The waitress took my phone order but she didn't know the Garlic rolls wasn't ready, I was disappointed because that was the main reason I went there. Lasagna: Was really good, the portion was smaller than I expected considering I ordered the dinner portion. Carrot Cake: This was phenomenal!! So flavorful, soft and moist, with raisins I love it!! I will go back to try some of their other dishes...and the garlic rolls hopefully:)“

“I've ordered from Pacino's a lot it's one of our go to places to order from. We love their pizza and strombolis. Tonight we ordered a 14" pizza half meat lovers and half pepperoni and a large stromboli from them. The pizza and stromboli were delivered when we were told it would be. When we got it we realized our pizza was half cheese and half pepperoni. We called the store back and started the conversation with we ordered a pizza and stromboli and immediately man on the phone knew what we were calling about and apologized and offered a new pizza or refund. We decided to have the pizza redelivered to us and the owner drove the pizza out to us personally. The fact that the owner himself made it right and delivered the right pizza himself says it all.
