THIS WOMAN DIDNT EVEN STUTTER. she was on top of it and absolutely made my day and made me cry but in a good way! that's customer service at the highest level!“

“We have come to absolutely love this place. We moved to DeBary about a year and a half ago and picked up pizza here the first night we moved in. Sooo good! Even better is the atmosphere inside. Very warm and inviting. Their white pizza is out of this work! Excellent service as well.
This has become our Goto pizza location!

“The pizza at Italiano's Pizza had a really satisfying homemade feel to it. The crust was crisp around the edges but still soft enough in the middle, and the sauce had a nice balance of tangy and savory flavors. We went with a pepperoni pizza and added some garlic knots for the table. Everything arrived hot, and the leftovers held up surprisingly well the next day. A simple pizza night done right.“

“Absolutely amazing. The customer service at the Lake Mary location was so great. Last week we wanted pizza and someone recommended Filomena’s to me so I ordered online. When I ordered it told me it would be delivered within an hour which was perfect. A few moments later I got a text message saying it was going to be 2 hours. Because of this I called to cancel and spoke with Justine. She was great and canceled the order for me. About 20 minutes later she called back to let me know that they deliver in house vs using DoorDash when using the website and that next time we should call to order to skip the third party. The fact that she called me back to tell me this is such great customer service. She needs to be given all the praise or a raise 👀🤣. Fast forward to tonight when I called to place a deliver order, she remembered me and was so great again. Even called the manager to see if they would deliver a little farther out of their radius. I seriously could not recommend you guys enough.“

Delivery is fast and believe or not the delivery driver left my extra sauces in the car and I’m like dang three times in a row! With 3 different restaurants lol I left it alone and didn’t even call to complain, I dont do that, I WILL let people know when things are good. So the guy realized it on the delivery after mine and he came back to my house just to bring the sauces to me. I just ordered again today and everything was perfect and reasonably priced. “This store was amazing when my pizza was mysteriously misplaced by the door dash driver. The managers attention to detail noticed my ordered had been sitting as not delivered for 20 minutes after it was already picked up and should have already been delivered. She immediately called me to verify. When I told her I had not received my order yet, she said wait another 10 minutes and give us a call back and we will take care of it. And she did just that. So thank you for caring about your customers. I will definitely be ordering from this location again with how that manager runs her store. My pizza and other items were very delicious as well!!!!“

“I Am seventy nine years old. I bought my first vegetarian Pizza. I have to say that was the best vegetarian Pizza. I have ever ever ate if you like vegetarian Pizza and like it with a little wetness in it from the vegetables. “This one is tricky. The food is good. A little pricey, but good. The service is almost always friendly, and it is a regular stop for us. I really like the meatballs and spaghetti. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about but you are there for the food. We've never eaten in, always take out because it gets crowded and difficult to get a table. The take out can take a LONG time, so if that's the plan call well ahead of when you plan on eating.
