Really, really really slow, as usual...
what in the hell happened to fast food restaurants? I don't even know why I gave them a two apparently the fries were sitting for at least an hour the chicken nuggets were dry as a bone the only thing they got right was the soda
I've gotten burgers twice that were not fresh. Patties were dry and rubbery and bun was smashed. Happened once with delivery and once in person. Staff is friendly as always but quality wasn't great.

Wendy's is a busy restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. The staff, including the lady behind the counter, are warm and welcoming, making customers feel good. The food is up to par and kid-friendly, with professional management. The service at the window is generally good, though there is room for improvement in customer service. Recently, the sandwich line has been making burgers that look like the ads, and one worker is praised for doing an excellent job. Trina, a staff member, is described as wonderful, super sweet, and very welcoming, making sure customers get all their food and leave satisfied. The food quality is consistent, with hot fries and excellent spicy crunch Cajun chicken sandwiches. The cashier, Calvin, is also appreciated for being very polite and helpful, filling trays with sauces. Although the drive-thru service can be slow at times, customers are often met with friendly service inside, making the overall experience enjoyable.
