Chill-N Ice Cream South Miami

One of the best Nitrogen Ice cream in Miami. Very creamy and great taste

I always order the frozen yogurt. I noticed when ordering the yogurt lately
it says "tart" frozen yogurt. Wondering why??

On Sat. Aug. 24th at 9:45 PM. My partner and I arrived to order a Quart of Matcha Ice Cream w/ oat milk and Oreos which we have gotten several times before and were told “We don’t make that”. We reiterated we have gotten that before on several occasions, they then called a coworker who then turned the screen where he takes orders and say “it’s not on here so we can’t make it”. We said okay and accepted the smaller Pint alternative. They the proceeded to make the ice cream and the package it with out gloves nor a hair net. It’s one thing to not take my order and be rude about it, but it’s absolutely unacceptable for anyone touching my order to not have gloves on, a hair net, or have your hair at least in a bun.

It is always dirty and always messed up my orders. This place used to be my favorite, not anymore. I prefer Dairy Queen instead.

Taste is very good. Experience was ruined by the staff. No one greeted us when we came in. They pretty much ignored us until we asked for their attention. And they didn’t explain the process - just assumed we knew how to order. The staff is a bunch of zombies. Or stoners. Or both.

Order from here ALL the time, we live down the block. We walked in at 10:02PM on Thursday night today.Place was FULL, two boys at register were going to take us for just one ice cream, until your dragon woman walked up to the register, rudely waved her paid outs or cash envelopes at us saying “we are closed”.I mean honestly lol so childish and unprofessional.

The Periodic table behind the counter representing the flavors was really cool.There’s a nitrogen hose that they use to blast it into the ice cream and you see this big cloud of chilled steam, and it tasted very creamy.I’m looking for a similar experience here in Ohio now! I loved it!
