This place deserves a below zero "0"- star review on service.We were ignored upon entrance. I felt displaced. After maybe 3-4 minutes of standing there for assistance, I then tried getting the attention of one of the employees. Nobody cared to notice my presence just standing asking if they are open.For anyone of the employees or management who reads this review, it occurred yesterday a little of 3:30pm. Look at your surveillance.I then walked out and went to a neighboring restaurant within the same plaza. I was greeted and treated very nicely and left my waiter an above pleasant tip ? ? ?I will NEVER return to Blue Ginger. #NeverEver!!!

Don't know what happened to my other pictures, but our experience here was pretty good. Saturday night family dinner, party of 6 walk-ins who were accommodated quickly and comfortably. Service was sweet, our waitress kept checking in on us and making sure the food was good, as well as kept the table clean (we had little kids with us). We ordered orange chicken, Kani Su (krab, avocado, masago in a cucumber wrap), an avocado roll, California roll, steak teriyaki, and Thai donuts. The Kani Su was good, with subtle hints of seeetness I'd rate it a 7.5-8/10, and the avocado roll was a good palate cleanser. I didn't have any of the steak teriyaki or orange chicken, but both were hits with the kids. California roll wasn't mine either, but I had a bite and it was exactly what you'd expect. The miso soup was off, couldn't really tell what but maybe too much tofu? Not the best miso soup I've had. Overall, decent place that doesn't necessarily wow but also definitely doesn't disappoint. Casual environment, friendly staff, decent food at decent price.

Such a fun lunch or dinner spot! It's great to come with kids as they stay so entertained with the floating boats passing by and super cute and unique for date nights! I love the variety of dishes they have and the range in prices. I love that they also have a la carte menu for people that don't want to sit at the bar with the boats. And the color cord images plates with the prices are hanging on the wall so you know what you are getting! Food is as fast as it gets since you are literally grabbing it from a boat in front of you and service for extra orders and drinks is fast.

Went with a friend tonight to fulfil my craving for tuna crispy rice and to be honest, I'm not satisfied. They have a nice concept going on with the little sushi boats and the prices are pretty affordable, However- the flavours are so imbalanced! Too spicy, too sweet, truly nothing we ordered (except from the crab rangoons) hit the spot. The fish is fresh and the service is decent, but I will not be returning. They need to balance their dishes ASAP.
