The girl in there nails was so long i watched it touch my ice cream no gloves very unhealthy and unsanitary wont be back

🩷We got ice cream through here 1 time with door dash and it was delivered sealed. Everything was good. Today we ordered one through door dash and it came opened with the spoons🥄stuck in the ice creams like you were eating them.
We called and talked to Becca and asked why they were not sealed and she said she got busy and was trying to get it done and that the hours changed. So she didnt cover them. We thought that was kinda gross.😝We asked her what can be done and she told us to contact Door Dash. She can't do anything. Even tho..she messed it up! So not sure we'll be back. Shouldn't be this hard to order a ice cream and have it delivered right lol. They clearly dont try and help their customers.🩷

Emma is the angel who genuinely makes my husband's day better when hes had the worst work day. Yes the ice cream flavors are fantastic, but this review is truly for Emma. Shes memorized his order in multiple flavors, she even memorized his mom's order and recognizes her when she comes in. She knows our daughter (who's one year old) by name. If she ever leaves and goes to another retailer job, I will be going there just to support her. This company is very lucky that they have her!
I'm not really a fan of ice cream, but my husband loves this place and they have different specialties flavors on different days sometimes.

We ordered two different kinds Oreo and chocolate chip both were just chocolate. We tried to give both the benefit of the doubt because maybe they just looked similar. They were both nothing but chocolate. It was just a waste of time and money for us we ending up throwing it away. Sorry just didn’t have the best experience with that place.

Excellent variety of low sugar ice creams

not only does this place help me stay within my fitness goals while getting a sweet treat the flavors and the options are limitlessly D’LITEFUL ! and the people there are all amazing! Emma in particular always brings the biggest smile to my face when she gets to serve me my sweet treats for the week she is without a doubt one of the best parts of stopping in to your wonderful business. She spreads nothing but pure joy and happiness and the best ice cream ever!!! that is not to take away from all the other amazing staff within that establishment. I just wanted to give some extra kudos to Emma because she seems to be the one who takes care of me the most.

Giving this place 2 stars since apparently getting half your order right is all that matters. Ordered through door dash after calling ahead to verify that in special notes I could get special flavors, got my order and it was supposed to be half vanilla and half Oreo cheesecake, I received all Oreo cheesecake. When I called and asked what could be done was told nothing because it was half an ice cream that was wrong and not the whole thing . Very disappointed in customer service. The employee did not read what I wrote. Poor customer service to just apologize and not fix the problem

EXCELLENT! My family is full of super healthy eaters.. so when we want something a little sweet - and we want to take a chance, this was the place to go. Arianna was so helpful helping me pick something that each of us could have that wouldn’t mess up my entire diet lol! It was delicious!! Thank you 😊

The girl behind the counter had long nails and as she was putting the whip cream on my ice-cream I watched her nail run all through the whip cream so gross.

I don't feel like she would be able to wear gloves with how long her nails were.

It tastes amazing and allows me to stay in my dietary needs Great treat

My husband and I have come here many times, tried a sample of the English Toffee tonight, did not taste like toffee whatsoever. It tasted like vanilla. Ended up getting the Red Velvet which was very good.
