Dunkin' Donuts in Spring Hill

“We had such a wonderful experience at Dunkin’ today! They had run out of chocolate frosted donuts, which is my son’s favorite. The staff went above and beyond and made a special donut just for him. It truly meant so much to us and completely made his day.

The kindness and extra effort from the team did not go unnoticed. Great customer service like this is rare, and we are so thankful. Thank you for being so thoughtful and for making my little boy so happy!“

“Very pleasant most of the time! Very friendly and greeted with a genuine smile almost every time. Most staff are very kind and sweet here. Only had a small handful of run ins where the workers had an attitude when I asked them to fix a drink they messed up. About 1/4 of the time they forget my cold foam but they normally more than willing and happy to throw it on really quick even when I’m at drive thru. Everyone makes mistakes and forgets things when they’re busy 🩵 Seems like they got a good team that works together, even during rush hour. Thanks for a wonderful experience! Keep up the great work. Parking lot is a bit rough for rush hour but doable“

“Five employees working, 8:20am on a Friday.

We ordered a frozen coffee, ham and cheese croissant stuffer and a donut.

Order was completed in about four minutes, drink was great. The croissant was a little more toasty than I'd like, but only really in one spot and I didn't notice until after we left. Did not affect overall taste.

Exterior and interior seemed clean. Men's restroom was stocked.“

“I pass 4-5 Dunkin's on the way to work and this one has best and friendliest service. Even under pressure under busy mornings when all of morning trash trucks stop here (+25 people at 6-7am) they still provide quick and exceptional service.

“Just impressed that a day after recovery from hurricane Milton this Dunkin was open and allowed me to get breakfast and some great coffee for my wife and I. We still don't have power and this helped so much. Friendly and caring service, accurate with my order, very fast considering they had a line of 8 cars waiting to order and an inside line at least 8 people deep. I was in and out.
