I ordered online at 8:00 at 9:30 I called the store but got a 1-800 not the direct store then was placed on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and ordered directly through the store waited until 10: 30 thing called back was on hold for 17 minutes nobody ever answered so for almost 3 hours I waited for pizza to feed my family and ended up making sloppy joes. Why would you order at all here's their version of well done soggy dough ball pizza yet another ruined dinner from this location I've sent emails sat on hold for over ten minutes to complain. No customer service not pride in customer service. The franchise needs to step in here. As you can see clearly serving nearly undercooked pizza near you. Maybe this approach will get something done.
I have just been on hold for 15 mins just to place and order. Attempted to place an order online for curbside pick up but it kept saying address unable to be verified and would not allow me to place the order. It would be nice to actually be able to speak to an actual person to place an order!
