Papa Johns Pizza is a welcoming and friendly establishment that consistently provides top quality service. The staff is generally willing to help, although there are occasional issues with orders not being executed as requested. Customers have noted that mistakes like incorrect cuts and toppings can happen. The menu offers a variety of options, including the limited time Cuppy-Roni pizza. Some deals on their website can help manage the prices, and many customers appreciate the garlic knots, which are often praised as the best. While some experiences may vary, many regular customers enjoy ordering frequently and find the service to be great. They also mention that the app is easy to use and that deliveries are usually on time or earlier.
