I always have a positive experience going through the drive thru, and I have never had an issue with my food and they are always so very kind. We moved to the area about two years ago and they have been consistent in their service and food quality.
My order is consistently correct, and the food tastes good. Service is usually pretty fast, and the employees are always friendly.
My visit to this McDonald's started off well, but the customer service quickly went downhill. I was in the second drive-thru lane, and after placing my order, I asked to change my drink to a Diet Coke and add a Sausage McMuffin. Instead of confirming the changes or asking if everything on the screen was correct, the employee simply walked away.
