AMAZING! The lobster was a little over cooked, but the scampy, Alfredo, biscuits and Strawberry Pina coladas were over the top!

This was the second time that we have died here and it was no better the second time around. My flounder sandwich bread was burnt around the edges and it was very dry. My wife's meal was barely warm by the time she received it. There was yet another issue, but it won't be mentioned. So disappointed in this visit as we were with the first. This was our final attempt to enjoy this restaurant.

Tuesday September 29 very disappointed long time for served food and the meal really bad, steak was hard no flavor at all, lobster over cooked, last time for my husband and I, never more.
My daughter have bad experiences with the meals last year too in Spring hill.

We visited this location for a quick to-go order on Sunday. First, Red Lobster = yumm, but we were lucky enough to be waited on by Will. He is an exceptional server!! He was really moving around that place taking care of customers, he was very pleasant, and super friendly. I haven't been impressed with a server at a restaurant in quite a while. If you are going to this Red Lobster, ask if Will is working and if he is, request to be seated in his area; you won't be disappointed and will be happy you did. Awesome service Will!!

The restaurant was disgusting and dirty we were the first people in restaurant when opened and we were sat at a dirty table the table next to us was not clean from night before . It's like they didn't wipe tables or clean under them and all the floors needed cleaning. Our server was GREAT and attentive ( we were her only table ) so no complaints on her or the service . The coleslaw was not good and tasted spoiled , the fish and biscuits were good

i love red lobster. will never go through uber eats again. found out i can order through red lobster directly and they find the delivery driver that best fits. i went through uber eats app and it said id have for by 845, but i got it at 1015. uber couldn't find a driver lol. the manager Wayne contacted red Uber eats, because they ignored me, and they sent a driver IMMEDIATELY! i was so grateful. of course food was cold, but the red lobster manager threw in extra shrimp that was HOT right as the driver showed up. so i got something hot! sucks cuz my microwave broke, and I'm toooo tired to use the oven, so I'll eat this tomorrow at work 🤦use their microwave! haha but seriously the manager Wayne. i felt like a nobody calling them, and i was kinda sad, I'm kinda broke so this was a treat, a reward for myself. and thanks to Wayne, all had been resolved. and i will for sure just order directly through RL from here on out. clearly uber eats doesn't need nor care about my business 😆 😜 that acct immediately deleted.
