It's just not like the good old days. We had to use the kiosk machine to order and I tried to get a Cherry Coke couldn't get that. We had to get our own tray our own drinks and you had to scan your receipt in order to get anything. I never did get my Cherry Coke. Plus I like my cheese on the side so I can dip them instead of a bunch of them getting soggy

I'm not a fan of the new self ordering kiosks but there is always someone there to assist you. This place is always clean and any unoccupied tables . Orders come to the table hot and served with a smile.

I recently dined at a Steak ’n Shake location, and it was a delightful experience. Our visit was primarily motivated by the proximity of this restaurant, and we were warmly welcomed by Benny. His customer service was exceptional, characterized by sincerity and meticulous attention to detail. The food arrived quickly and was well-prepared, with no complaints. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the layout offered a comfortable atmosphere. I only wish we could stay longer...
