I’m allergic and said no tomato’s, I don’t usually complain and did my best to lick them out but it was no use I don’t see why I was over loaded with tomatos after specially stating I could not consume them! Wish I could add a photo and when figure out how to I will. now I can’t eat my meal after a long day of work

On the evening of Dec 23 at 8pm the lobby was closed, doors locked. I went thru the drive thru, I was told they didn't have mild sauce or ice. I asked if there was ice in the lobby the women's response was yes but I don't have time to get you ice... there was only two other cars in the drive thru. I'm a business owner and thought the owner might want to know their lobby and business is locked at 8 pm on a Tuesday.
I usually have a great experience at this location and come often. So a little disappointed by this employees behavior

Just left here on Christmas Eve Eve. They were absolutely SLAMMED and every single employee was working so hard! They were so friendly! I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a hardworking team at a fast food restaurant in my life. Highly impressed with the level of service and dedication to customers. 2nd time I've been there in one week and they had issues with ice machine and drink dispensor. Won't take your order at the counter and kiosk doesn't have an option to order ice tea.

Literally the worse service every time I come here it’s always a wait to get the food and once you do the food is always cold and never made right. the workers are always smoking weed out front and let’s not get on the sanitary state this building is in 🤢

The completely screwed up my order or nacho cheese fries they didn't give me the nacho cheese there is no ice in my soda I ordered two chicken chalupas I got one steak chalupa and two double deckers people are so incompetent

This Taco Bell is ridiculous. They refuse to help their customers when someone needs help. They will not take orders from customers ant the front counter no matter what and then when you call to complain and ask they hang up on you and tell you they did things that they didn’t such as offer to come back and help after they ignored me standing in front of them.

If Taco Bell or the gm of this location could help them be more helpful that would be great!
