Please fire that old hag who was very rude that works the drive thru. Cashier name Marcia B. She could take hear me while taking my order and seemed like I was annoying by repeating myself when she asked me to. Also I was putting my card away and checking my food to make sure everything was in there and she told me to leave.

I ordered a Mexican Pizza with no beans from this location and not only did they not include tomatoes, but they didn't even spread out the ingredients well. The receipt confirms that they were only supposed to remove the beans, so I don't know what happened. I haven't checked any of the other food, but if I hear more issues I'll edit and add them here.

They were nice but the food wasn’t what it was supposed to be. My Grandmother got a 5 layer burrito that was ONLY meat inside. I got the Grilled cheese burrito that only had beef inside. Not steak. Literally nothing else.

Best Taco Bell in the area!!! Always love coming to this one, because I know my order will be correct, and the taste and prep will be spot on. If not, they will make it right, no questions asked! Keep it up you guys!!
Had an issue with my mobile order (not their fault) and they fixed the order very quickly for me. They were very sweet and gave me a drink and some coupons for next time. Great customer service. Thank you guys!! <3

Lazy and rude staff. The cashier was not friendly. The soda machine was out of Mountain Dew, the soda cap was off, the soda counter was covered in soda and sticky,tables were Sticky and filthy ans well, all out of napkins and sauces. As a former manager this is unacceptable. All stuff needed to be restocked and half the staff was sitting in the dinning area while things have gone unstocked. I would have my staff restock before they clocked out. Only person who helped was a new girl who wasn’t even on the clock yet. Taco Bell, Do better or get didn’t staff or management!

I don't normally go to this Taco Bell, but I went here to grab a quick bean burrito before a movie & after waiting 20 minutes for my burrito, I gave up & left. At 10 minutes I asked for a refund, but they said my burrito was just about done. 10 minutes later, I could see they hadn't even started on it. This has to be the slowest fast-food place on the planet - I wouldn't be surprised if they are *still* working on completing my order, a week later. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else.
