I called the store after ordering to ask they ensure no Jalapeno sauce was put on the Quesadilla. I called because all previous orders, no Jalapeno was selected and they always put in on anyway and we can't eat it. Was told they would ensure it was made correctly. Then the order came and the Quesadilla was totally missing. This store consistantly screws up every order even with just a few items in the order. The drive-through is usually quick, though it may get busy during rush-hour, but inside staff work hard to keep things running smoothly. Customers praise the staff for their friendliness, especially at the drive-thru, and appreciate that modifications are always made correctly.
