Stopped here with my four kids. Spent almost $65.00. Asked for a ranch for my 10 wings, they said they would have to charge me for it. They could have let me know that when ordering or gave me a ranch and let me know for next time. Included are responses from GM.
Horrible service. My husband ordered pick up for our family on 1/12. Picked it up and drove 30 mins home to find out our chicken tasted chewy(rubbery) , mind you this is chicken we were going to feed our son..
I called about a refund, stated I need to bring in my WHOLE order. I live 30 mins away, I am not going to drive 30 mins out of my way to show you what you messed up.. so I decided to do store credit instead and was told it would go on there.

The worst place in Spring Hill to order food. If you do go here you better check your order because they are likely to screw you over. I spent $60 tonight ordering through DoorDash. Should have gotten 2 20pc boneless wing meals. When I got the order there was only about half of the order in each box. I tried calling the store and spoke to the manager and was told that there was nothing he could do. That I would have to file a complaint with DoorDash to get my money back.
