“This is a hidden gem, so I’ll type type quietly. The food here is fresh, tasty and good looking! I had the salmon salad. The salmon was fresh with a smoky flavor. Bottom was nicely done with-a brown crisp to it Home made salad dressing was tossed with the salad. Salad had greens,capons , mushrooms, red onion, cheese and a very good flavor. Hubby had the shrimp wrap with a spinach tortilla. Delightful flavor all around“

“A True Hidden Gem in St. Augustine The Collage exceeded all our expectations. We’ve visited St. Augustine many times, but this was our first time discovering this incredible restaurant, and what a find! We were celebrating our 21st anniversary and stumbled upon The Collage online. Thinking it would be quiet on a Wednesday night, we didn’t make a reservation. Despite being fully booked, Megan, the restaurant manager, went out of her way to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. Our server, Franco, was warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The food was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We began with the beef carpaccio and watermelon salad; both beautifully prepared. For our main course, we each had the 8oz filet topped with gorgonzola sauce, and every bite was mouthwatering. Between courses, we were treated to a refreshing raspberry sorbet to cleanse our palates—a lovely touch. For dessert, we shared a warm pound cake with raspberry coulis and fresh whipped cream, paired with perfectly made espressos. The ambiance was quaint, cozy, and romantic,ideal for a special occasion like ours. We especially loved that the menu changes regularly, offering something new to look forward to each time. “From the drinks to dessert everything was perfect. Once again, our dinner was fabulous! Steve had the filet, was outstanding. I had the tuna tartare stack, amazing! We shared the chocolate molten cake which was delicious, can’t find the appropriate word to describe because it was the BEST we have ever had. This is our favorite restaurant.“

We spurged for the Tomahawk steak - cooked to a perfect medium rare- and it was incredible! The seafood dish was the best we've ever had with the star being the Blue Crab ravioli( chef exclusive to the weekend). Dessert was Chocolate Expresso mouse. 5 ☆ experience from start to finish.“

“Delicious food!! so glad we saw this place while turning around in the parking lot. the food was fresh and absolutely yummy. definitely will be going there again! had the turkey bacon sandwich on a bed of lettuce instead and added avocado. wow! and the sweet potato fries were cooked to perfection.“

Super fast service, good prices, and tasty food served quickly. We were so hungry that I completely forgot to take pictures of the food, but I did get some of the place.

“We always make sure to swing by for a meal when we are in St. Augustine. Food is always great! This time we did almost leave after getting some attitude from the person seating us and it wasn't off to a great start. Glad we stayed because the server we had was awesome and more than made up for it. We will be back!“
