Lately they've been getting my orders wrong, and I honestly never check because they never got my order wrong in the past. I know it can't be a misunderstanding over the intercom because I always order through the app. I always order an extra piece of toast and I only receive one which has happened 3 times. Just wish we had these up north in Pittsburgh!
I wanted to write this review in hopes that the team member who took my order would be recognized. My coworker and I had five separate orders between us, so we were “those people.” Our cashier, Latoshia, was happy, smiling, funny and so contagiously sweet that she totally made our experience. Even if our food wasn’t great (which it was), I’d still be writing this review just because she was so pleasant and polite.
