It’s ok. They need to work on the bread. Mine was really dense. I prefer Gulf Coast, even Crumb Factory here in town.
I read their responses on social media—they probably need to hire someone to manage that, lots of gaslighting going on in response to poor reviews. People put reviews in hoping the business improves. I guess they don’t know what they are doing isn’t good. 🤷🏻♀️
One of my favorite Lunch destinations on Central. the Chicken Bacon Ranch is absolutely amazing!!!

The Sourdough Co. offers good food and a cozy atmosphere. The Italian sandwich has great flavors, though some sandwiches lack meat and toppings, and can take 30 minutes. The restaurant can improve by managing table reservations, as some large tables are occupied for long periods by single laptop users, making it harder for groups to find seating. Despite these issues, the overall experience is positive.
