Words can’t express my visit. It has everything I desire in a bakery, its gluten free, vegan choices, awesome atmosphere, and customer service that makes you feel like family (even on my first visit). If you don’t stop by and try their delicious bakery you are missing out. I tried the bagels, a buckwheat sourdough bread (soup bowl), take home vegan cookie dough and an almond slice of cake. Can’t wait to visit again. I drive from Wesley Chapel and it’s worth the trip!!!...
Adieu-Glu Bakery is such a find! We’ve tried the bagels, challah, sourdough loaves, PB&J cookie, and carrot cake muffins, and every single thing has been fresh, flavorful, and genuinely delicious. All of their baked goods are gluten-free, with plenty of dairy-free choices, and nothing is preserved.
The owner is wonderful and even offered to make a special cake for my husband’s birthday, which made us feel so welcomed. We can’t recommend this place...

The bagels are incredible! And the baguettes and pastries are delish. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful as well.
Yes they are quite expensive, but that’s the gluten free life we live 😅
