The staff was very busy after a baseball team came in but was very apologetic for the wait. Gave great personal service Kid-friendliness: Little league baseball came in and they were treated with great service just like adults

The staff here are so friendly, helpful, & overall, just amazing! Even when they're being mistreated by rude customers!I REALLY love Game Night! A complex flavour, for sure, but incredibly good! And I have a new flavour to try (Triple Mango), for next time thanks to an employee's recommendation!

I was so excited to see a real Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream Shop?. I haven't seen one in twenty years. Seriously, the shop was clean and well stocked. There were lots of ice cream, ice cream cakes, and other goodies?and the employee who waited on me was very patient and polite. I felt like I was ten years old for a while!?I sampeled Butter pecan?but Cherries jubilee and pineapple coconut were like friends. I took them home with me, I'm definitely going back for more. Life's too short not to eat ice cream! ??

I gave them 4 starts because, to be honest, the ice cream is to be expected. The kids had fun ice cream cups, and we enjoyed our time there. But it's overpriced for something I could have gotten better elsewhere.
The lady behind the counter was very nice patient and efficient. Our order was completed promptly and absolutely delicious

Excellent choice of flavors in ice-cream. ice cream cakes and other items besides ice cream. We enjoyed our dipped chocolate waffle cones and everything was at a great Price. We will be coming back. Good size parking lot.

This is a decent Baskin-Robbins. However, with most chain restaurants consistency is quite good and depending on the restaurant like Baskin-Robbins is fairly decent. Are they a good value for the price? Yes. They keep their prices low and their ice cream is very tasty. It's not the best ice cream in the world, but the shop down the street is much better but it's also really expensive. This is a fun Friday night out budget Friendly thing to do. The staff is very nice. I think the managers and the general manager did a great job picking out staff. Overall, the scoops have a good consistency in size, only once have I gotten massive scoops and once teeny tiny scoops. The teeny tiny scoop time was pretty frustrating. Also the big scoops weren't that awesome because it was in a cone and I was desperately trying to eat the ice cream so it wouldn't drip everywhere. The ice cream is fairly soft when it comes out and I like that. However, if you are bringing the ice cream home for the family, I recommend bringing a cooler along with ice or a cooler bag or some type of thermal bag with ice or cold packs. The ice cream is the perfect consistency to eat right there. I wouldn't wait around to eat it if possible. You can refreeze it at home. However, this will change the flavor slightly and the consistency due to the size of the ice crystals that form in the ice cream.

Go on Tuesdays for BOGO Ice cream sundaes. All sundaes on the menu are BOGO. They are delicious and they have so many flavors to choose from!!
