Good selection of beers and absolutely delicious Mexican food
I’ve tried casita taqueria a few times and every time I leave- I remember why I don’t go there regularly. The vibe of the staff feels like they’re being held prisoner. The same person was behind the bar each time I’ve come to order food and their attitude was the same every single time. I love to eat out and love to tip service workers and don’t like to cause problems but I really wanted to ask for my money back. The food was portioned very small and was overpriced for what they gave you. The fish taco was mushy and had one baby chunk of fish.

Hands down the food tasted fresh and pretty good. We enjoyed some freshly made tortillas, a burrito bowl, street tacos & corona beers. Service was friendly & fast. The atmosphere was pretty cool, I love the art and plant aesthetics that stood out vibrantly. There is an outdoor patio seating area, for those who enjoy being outdoors. Definitely will stop in again when I’m in the area. Don’t forget to bring your ET friends!

This is my favorite place to eat. I was disappointed on my last visit. Went 2 days ago and the lady-man whatever behind the counter said “what do you want” instead of hi how can I help you? I get we’re all underpaid and hate our jobs but show some hospitality. I got 2 to-go orders and the chips were put in the container not a separate bag. When I got home my chips were soggy stale because of the steam from the food. The portion for what was paid for was basically 2 ice cream scoops of food… not worth the price.

Hands down the best tacos I have ever had. Their queso is top notch, as well as the sangria and blood orange margaritas. We went there for cinco de mayo and it was incredible - great specials, and decently priced food. Extremely fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Casita Taqueria since I was a kid—back when it was just the small location on 4th Street before Trader Joe’s. It’s been amazing watching it grow, but the quality has never changed.
The food is always so fresh and delicious—whether it’s bowls, tacos, or anything else on the menu, you really can’t go wrong. And their guacamole is easily some of the best in St. Pete.
This has been a longtime favorite of mine, and it’s still just as good as I remember. Highly recommend!

I ordered 4 tacos 2 of which were there special. After finishing my tacos I realize there was food in my teeth so I threw my trash out and asked for a toothpick. After walking outside to leave I couldn’t get this string like piece of “food” out so I started picking with my fingers which led to me pulling a inch and a half piece of plastic out. I walked back in asked one of the girls behind the register to walk over toward me because there were people ordering and I didn’t want them to here, I showed the girl and her response was - “what did you order?” And then she said “thank you”! That’s horrible! This needs to be addressed

Very bland food, self serve atmosphere but with no napkins or any sauces. Pricey for small portion sizes. Chipotle is a better option

Chicken tinga taco was delicious. The fish taco had flavorful toppings although the fish itself was only so so (I ordered the blackened rather than fried). There is a large selection of delicious sounding options that I definitely want to try. There was a chicken tinga soup on special that I will try next time I'm in. Prices are good, with most tacos under $4, and the shrimp taco under $5. For 2 of us with a beer and soft drink it was about $23. Two tacos make for a good lunch, or 3 if you are really hungry. There is shaded seating outside although some road noise from 66th street. I'll be back!

Delicious! First time ever trying Casita Taqueria, ordered 3 tacos take-out; Carnitas, Carne Asada, and Pollo Tinga, all had great flavor and I was shocked at the price vs serving size, paid $12 for tender, flavorful, filling tacos.

The food was amazing. The Castina rice bowl is excellent! We also ordered carnival and barbacoa tacos which were great. Service was good and quick.

I usually go to the 4th St N location because it’s in my neighborhood, but today I went to the 66th St location and I was very impressed. I joined a table of 8 friends a little late and my food was ready maybe 8 minutes after I ordered . I ordered the tempeh tacos and kids quesadilla . At every location the food is consistently great ! The young lady working at the counter had a very welcoming smile and attitude, and a really cool artistic goth outfit . I’ll be back to this location too !
