Pricey little plates but very tasty and creative food and cocktails. If you want paella, call ahead or order it the moment you sit down

Squid ink Paella was very overcooked. Seafood was tough and rubbery. The tapas we shared, however, were a 10/10! The service was delightful as well.

Excellent tapas. Very good octopus and oysters. Iberico ham took me back to my visit to Barcelona.

We were seated quickly as it was not a busy time prior to the late dinner rush. Sat at a table for a good 20 minutes with servers passing by and not greeting or acknowledging us in any way! Finally got up and left. Will not be back.

Im literally writing this as im walking to my car from walking out. Ive attempted to come here for lunch one other time and had the EXACT same experience which ended with me leaving before even being served. This time i didnt even get water.

Upon arrival the host was incredible. I dont know this elderly mans name but i am appalled they have him working the front, and not as a server. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure i was comfortable, and had a pleasant experience. He not only accommodating my seating preferences immediately after staging I was cold in the area he initially sat me in, but he even went as far as getting on his hands and knees to adjust the table as it was wobbly. I ensured him that was not appropriate, as i was not bothered but he absolutely INSISTED to ensure I was comfortable. I ended up taking the little table adjusters from his hands to do it myself because I did not want him on the floor like that. I truly hope he is a host by choice, because this man would excel as a server. Excellent job

Now. This review isnt about him, but I wanted to highlight his excellence because he deserves that as he is a star employee.

My server however, needed help. And that was evident by her lack of existence. I saw her once. She greeted me, didnt ask for my drink order (i just wanted a glass of water) then ran off. The women who was sat two minutes after me was irritated, because she had not been greeted at all. She was sitting for nearly 6 minutes with no greet. I had been there for almost 10. I then proceeded to let another member of the team know, then promptly left. I think it’s important to also note that I already knew what I wanted upon arrival, and I had talked to this server (my server) at the hostess stand regarding items on the menu, which she was knowledgeable about! Unfortunately she was in the weeds, which is understandable. Then you need to ask for help, thats why there are bussers and other people running around, to help you. Then you should tip them out, especially that host. He deserves it. Do better. And if youre reading this, dont come here for lunch. They cant handle it clearly.

Soooo, i dont have a good review, when i googled peruvian cuisine, this restaurant popped up, and i took the family there and got fooled lol. If anyone asks, no they are not a peruvian cuisine restaurant, and im sorry, but also, im very picky on what i eat, and ceviche tasted like any regular mexican restaurant’s ceviche, which is fine, but they over priced it, way too expesinve, im guessing its a 5 start restaurant, but quality of that ceviche was not up to that standard, then i thought since theres not peruvian dishes here, i thought maybe getting an spanish paella was going to be great, way too expensive for the portion given, and sorry, didnt taste great neither. Sorry, just was frustrated by the ad thinking it was another type of restaurant but ceviche is not only peruvian, other latino countries have it as well, but i just got fooled by google when it told me it had some peruvian dish.

I came to Ceviche specifically for the ceviche, and it did not disappoint! The fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly marinated, and bursting with bright citrus flavors. The balance of acidity, spice, and seasoning was spot on, making each bite refreshing and satisfying.

The portion size was pretty reasonable for 2 people, the presentation was beautiful. I also appreciated the variety of ceviche options on the menu, catering to different tastes and different fish.

I’d say the only catch is, is a glass of wine will run you about 15+ a glass and the service could be better. Other than that, it’s a great place to splurge on one of the best ceviche places in town!

I love ceviche wherever I get it, but was surprised when I didn’t like this place. We only got ceviche here (Corvina and snapper). Snapper was bitter and lacking flavor and Corvina was super sour. This place has good reviews so maybe it was a fluke in the way it was prepared. Fish was fresh.

It was meh..
Food - we ordered Papas Bravas and the Skirt steak to start. Papas Bravas were alright - home made chips with a very rich sauce that got overwhelming very fast.
Skirt steak had tasty chimichurri on top, but the steak itself aven being medium cooked was chewy and lacked basic pepper and salt. Mushrooms were huge and chewy as well.
After this we did not want to order anything else.
We tried 2 cocktails that were tasty.
The quality of food was mid.

Service - it was fine. The server Ana was nice.

Atmosphere - one word - lacking. Didn't feel cozy at all. It was very loud, and tables were close together.

Overall - waste of money. Go to Allelo right next door and have absolutely delicious tapas.

We went to Ceviche for lunch and ended up spending $75 for 5 tapa plates, which is not bad. Hostess was very nice and server too, until he forgot to being the patatas bravas to go with the skirt steak and ribs. The meat plates got cold and he had to take the skirt steak back to be reheated by the time the patatas were done. Food was great in general, flavor and textures alike, and ambiance is great, BUT the skirt steak plate had 80% mushrooms and 20% steak and that is not fair nor honest. I got upset, because after paying $100 for food, tips and valet, I left hungry. For those reasons, I won't come back, and I am a local. Round plate shows all the mushrooms they fit in the skirt steak plate. Second photo shows white oval plate with all the mushrooms and a couple of picanha strips hidden somewhere in there.

Was quite disappointed with our dining experience. The food was lacking flavour, quality and taste overall. Even the Ceviche wasn't quite marinated... For such small sizes you'll hope to enjoy savory, great plates...not the case. Same with the wine - it felt mixed with water...
The previous Ceviche location was doing so much better.

Ahh!, the old Ceviche in a new location. Still remember going to dance to the one in High Park in Tampa, or in the basement of the old Ponce de Leon hotel . The menu use to be bigger, but this one is ok and everything tasted was very good and not boring. Portions are Spanish portions that are bigger than tapas. Charcuterie, meats, seafood are excellent. Service is very friendly. Filled with young chic people, reason for which is loud and vibrant. They do have to train servers better his to serve wines, food, and drinks, and to know the menu better.
One of the best wine list for a restaurant of this class. Libations are also great.
A fun, fun place to go.
They do can improve in the reservation process.
A 4.3.
As an extra note if you are a fan of the series “ Gossip Girl” you don’t need to watch it anymore if you seat in this bar. We learn from girls showing up even if not invited to the birthday party, the guy that is now intimate with the sister of the previous girlfriend, or the one that cannot be intimate. Drunk guys crying for the ex girlfriend, and much , much more. The Socialite!

The vibe and atmosphere was very nice, but the the food lacked flavor. I was extremely disappointed with the ceviche especially when the place is named after the dish you would think that it's going to be great. I also tried their ox tail and was also disappointed. Maybe the kitchen had an off night but my experience was not pleasant and I most likely won't come back.
