This is like the fourth time I've come to Dunkin' Donuts and ordered a chocolate almond milk drink, and they made it with whole milk. So, if I had a bigger problem than lactose intolerance, these people would kill me for not giving me what I asked for. Do they think people ask for a specific type of milk for no reason? What a lack of respect and consideration, and terrible service. It's deceptive, without knowing what being allergic or lactose intolerant can do to someone. Thank God I was in the bathroom, otherwise, I would have been so embarrassed. I think they should fire the employees who don't follow customer orders, because one of these days they'll get sued for not understanding why some people don't ask for cow's milk. Today 1/31/26 around 7:30 i order a cholate with almond milk and i find out that they didn't make it with almond milk after i have to run two time to the bathroom with pain and having diarrhea.

This location sucks. Consider this your warning go else where. Ari the manager seems like she has no clue what is going at all. She obviously doesn't know how to order because they arw always out of stuff. I've heard her speaking to employees like they arw garbage. Also the employee's vape inside the store and sit on the line where food is being made. Get new management and stop losing your sales.

This is the worst Dunkin in the area. They cannot get an order right. My husband goes every weekend to get me breakfast and they always mess it up. I go to many Dunkin's myself during the week mornings on my way to work, like on US19 and Gandy in Pinellas is great. But this one in St. Pete is terrible. The staff seem friendly enough but it really is a downer to have to pause and deal with a messed up order not once but every time!

Nikki served me she was super nice and we even shared a joke together in small talk. i felt comfortable with her. and my food cane to me warm and quick. overall i had a really nice time there and its not loud, so its good place to sit after you eat. thank you Dunkin.

When it at about 8:30 at night before closing goodbye 25 munchkin donuts and when I did they were flies or mosquitoes flying around the donuts behind inside the container it was totally disgusting and poor man's friend here I don't suggest anyone buying food from this location

I just want to say I recently came through the drive through. And had the most amazing experience I've had in a long time at a Duncan. Everything came out just the way I ordered it. She even took the time at the window to make sure my order was correct. She was super friendly, and I actually pulled out smiling. Her name was Nikki, and I really, really enjoy her being there. I'll be back.

I made a drive through order and their window person, I believe her name was Nikki was extremely pleasant. She checked to make sure my order was correct and that it wasn't missing anything before handing it to me in a very pleasant professional manner.

This one used to be the best when it first opened but ever since the new owners took over and brought Ari in its been the worst. Had the best potential too. Watching it fall apart has been sad. Especially after hearing she assaulted a customer.

The sandwich was kind of cold and the hot chocolate wasn’t sweet. I also placed an order for pickup and it wasn’t even started when I got there and it was a slow day. The app and screen said my order was ready. The staff is nice though just slow
