The Drive-thru is one of the most hostile environments because there is a long congested line and then a way for people to come cut you in line after you’ve been waiting for 20 min for the slow service time. FIX THIS !

Place blows. Drive thru takes forever and even if you're just getting a coffee with cream and sugar they'll mess it up every time. They've also tried charging me for extra stuff so check your receipt

I was going through the drive thru to purchase a coffee. While trying to order the lady working the drive thru was so rude that I backed out. Tried calling to speak to a manager and she answered. Wouldn't give be her name. Was still extremely rude. Gave me a fake number to corporate. Absolutely the worst service. Not the first time at this location. There never seems to be a manager or someone in charge to help.

I don't really love dunkin' food, but the food here is always piping fresh and just tastes better than anywhere else. And as far as service, they STAND OUT way above the rest. I've not been met with a single staff member yet that wasn't super friendly and above and beyond accommodating. They're always pleasant and happy. If the order is wrong, they desire whole heartedly to make it right. I'm always so impressed with them. God bless this team.

Tried to go here 30 minutes before they closed to buy a couple donuts and the employee inside ran to the door and locked it. Who does that? Not going to bother going there again.

I’ve only been able to order what I’ve wanted 1-2 times at this location. Out of the probably 20 times I’ve visited, they’ve been out of ingredients like eggs, bacon, croissants, and bagels. I’ve also ordered via the mobile app for pickup, and was charged and received confirmation of the order, but never ready for pickup. I also dislike the way the drive thru traps you in, so when you find out that they’re out of ingredients to make things, there’s no way to exit if there are others in line.

I have also ordered from this location from UberEats, and while items were not included with no notification or change to the order. I’m so glad that UberEats was able to refund me for the missing item, but I definitely won’t go to/order from this location again

Every time I visit this particular location, the wait is excessive. They trap you in the drive thru, forcing you to stay and wait. Terrible Terrible Terrible. I don't know how else to describe this nonsense. I'm in line right now...waiting excessively. Dunkin, you make too much money off of us. DO BETTER!! America Runs late on Dunkin, should be the new slogan!!
