Yallll need to get it togetherrrEvery time I go there just for takeout they always mess up my order like something goes missing or the sandwich is burnt or they don’t charge me correctly AND on top of that they do take longer than the other locations through the drive thru. This location is pretty bad ?

This Dunkin is not a place I will ever revisit. Management here needs help with hiring apparently. When the person taking the orders and making coffees lies to customers and then gets defensive...they need to go. People have food allergies, don't tell someone they got coffee when it's hot chocolate. The people eating here are enabling this dangerous behavior. There are other choices for food in the area, i will be going there, elsewhere! And to be clear i have been to this location more than 20 times...

I come to this establishment quite a lot during busy hours during the week. Sometimes My order isn’t exactly correct - no biggie - but every time I have brought it to their attention they have been nothing but apologetic and correct. Tia in particular always brings it. She’s super quick and very customer service oriented and professional.

There’s a reason I usually go to the one on 4th. I ask for an iced signature latte …. I get an iced coffee with flavoring. I ask for loaded tots, no bacon … I get bacon. And of course when you tell them it’s wrong, they give you attitude back.

The coffee is always good,the donuts were a but stale but good with the coffee, the atmosphere was ok,however some other customers were rude but that's to be expected when you're waiting for for your coffee lol,the staff seemed confused when taking orders even tho you're standing Infront of them and not yelling thru a speaker box,I will go back but only thru the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: Very good,she let my daughter take her time to pick her donut.

I walked into a clean facility, the display of donuts were full, not empty like other DD places. The manager was very courteous & I noticed him being very aware that his staff, be on task for the customers. Love this DD!!!
