As a delivery driver the orders are always ready for pick up which is fantastic! When I first started delivering orders their policy was that they will hold the bag and they will give you the order after confirming by scanning the QR code which is not a problem. I had two orders last night, the lady made me scan the first order, which I followed their policy and showed her that it was confirmed. The second order she did not show me the QR code as the bag(code) was turnt the opposite way. I asked politely can she turned the bag around and I can scanned the code and confirmed the order? She never said a word, came around the counter and slammed the bag on the counter for me to scan the order, she did not notice the customers that walked into the restaurant. I am so happy that the two customers saw her behavior! When she noticed the two customers she walked away as she didn't want them to see the real her because her mask fell off but the customers smiled at me and realized it's not me that's the issue! The customers were happy that I did not react in a negative way and even opened the door for me as I left the restaurant.

I’m not much of a food critic if I’m correct I only ever placed 1 review and it was to another ramen place, but this place is horrendous, pad Thai, Tried it thousands of times, always great but here it’s just un eatable, taste like sour apple jam instead of original pad Thai sauce, Sushi, You would think a California roll, easy right ? wrong, Size is small like very small, Rice is stale, like not rock solid but stale, ginger is like months old, Ramen is pretty okay however

EKS was recommended by a friend, so I gave it a try for the first time today. Unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed. The crab Rangoon was clearly not fresh — it tasted reheated and limp, and they used a cheap, paper-thin wrapper instead of the traditional flour-based pastry. Just a sad, soggy disappointment wrapped in false promises. The sushi rolls were tiny and underwhelming at best. Definitely not worth the hype. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I had a spider roll. It was excellent.

First time ordering and it was from uber eats.. usually I feel like pickup is never as good as eating in. But the food was soooo good! We picked it up and it was ready quick, food was fresh, and the portion sizes were fairly large. Would definitely recommend and we will be going back!

I had some nigiri and a specialty sushi roll that was fried. I believe it was the first one on the menu. Also some green tea machi. Also started with some of the best crab rangoon i’ve had. The breading for the wontons was light and crispy while the flavor of the filling was incredible. Everything was superb and service was above and beyond. 5/5

This food lacks seasoning. I ordered the udon noodle dish with chicken to go. The chicken had no salt no pepper no nothing. Just slapped on the grill, cooked, sliced into strips (which I had to cut into smaller pieces). The food lacks any authenticity to mandarin cuisine. Ramen noodles from a pack at the grocery store has more seasonings than this mess. I called and spoke to a host who was rude. She lied to me and told me the manager wasn't there. Next thing you know l was placed on hold and the manager Jon picked up. He was even ruder than the host. He refused to give me my money back for a meal I was having to throw away. He wanted me to bring it back just so he could throw it away himself. The restaurant is 15 mins away from me. So I would have to make a 30min round trip in gas just to get $12 back. That's RIDICULOUS! Do not eat at this rude establishment.
It's NASTY & so is their attitudes. If you like PLAIN food. Than this is your place. If you like seasonings run away from this place. HORRIBLE FOOD AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wouldn't feed this food to a homeless person.

Exceptional food, superior customer service. Prompt, quick and food choices were appropriate. Henry did a great job. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you

The food is fantastic, and so is the vibe food comes out slow but if your looking for a nice quiet place to get a bite and do some reading i highly recommend

Everyone is super friendly and the food is amazing and the portions are generous.

Have ordered in past out of convenience but lately am coming in more. What a great team! Front desk, servers (Henry!) and leaders. Good mojo.
