First visit and will definitely be back. Loved the whole experience. Had the pork belly and it was the best I've ever had. Also the cod was delicious and the sweet potato went well with the fish. Will definitely try the steak next time.
Holy moly! Everything was fantastic from the drinks to the service to the food. We ordered the wagyu gyoza, toro, glazed carrots, cabbage, black cod and wagyu dinner. The gyoza and black cod were to die for! The sauce on the glazed carrots was incredible. We dipped everything in it! The chocolate dessert was incredible too. Would eat here 3 times a day for the rest of my life.
Fortu had a nice atmosphere with an elegant ambiance - small inside and covered patio seating. The fried rice with wagyu was fantastic - our favorite dish. The wagyu ribeye was $78 for the steak alone - and was overcooked/over fried with too much oil. It wasn't worth the price and didn't taste like wagyu. The potato starter was basically a fried potato and was alright. The food overall was presented nicely.
