The Bowls are always fresh and soo stuffed to the rim, it’s hard to get my spoon in. Definitely not small portions. The staff is amazing and Mahé is always so amazing! I eat here 3-4 times a week.

Grain and Berry is my go-to spot for a delicious, refreshing treat! I always build my own açaí bowl, and it’s always perfect — super fresh, flavorful, and exactly how I like it every time. The ingredients are top-notch, and they never skimp on the good stuff. The staff is so friendly and patient while I pick out all my favorite toppings, and the vibe inside is always bright and welcoming. Definitely one of my happy places! 💜🍓🥥✨

Smoothies are more like shakes and even though I ordered the Purple rain which contained banana it tasted as though there was only banana in it.

The wraps are huge. I recommend sharing them.

They were amazing.

I will be back for the food not for the smoothies.

Man, grain n berry, you never fail to be disappointing. This is now the third time I've gone in (in a row, cheers to benefit of the doubt). Today, aug. 29th. We have yet another mistake. Mind you, there is absolutely no one in the restaurant besides the 4 girls behind the counter amd me.

I design a bowl I asked for nutella. With blueberries apples bananas and mango. I don't know if you can tell in the picture, but there's peanut butter underneath the nutella and on the side of the bowl.. I did not ask for peanut butter. I did not pay extra for peanut butter. and for some reason if I consume a lot of peanut butter I start breaking out in hives. Hence why I asked for nutella. Obviously one of the girls started putting peanut butter in instead of remaking the bowl they tried to hide it and put Nutella on top of it. So now I'm over here itching wondering what in the world is happening and then I finally looked down because I'm coming out of my hanger and I realize I'm eating peanut butter.

The second incident I had with you guys I went in face-to-face ordering. There was no one in front of me and three people behind me. All three people got their order before I did because the girl at the counter accidentally somehow put my order for an online pickup. When I finally walked up to them to ask what where's my food they said oh we can get started on it now. So then I had asked for a manager because I wasn't about to wait another 20 minutes and that's when she realized they had put it for an online pickup order. No one had to apologize to me.

The first incident, I had ordered about 3 months ago a bowl with spirulina and pita, oatmeal banans, blueberries and kiwi. Upon receiving the bull, there was no spirulina added to it. There's no oatmeal attitude. And the banana portion was half that and there is literally six blueberries. I'm not over exaggerating. If I could find the picture I would add that to. When I went back to the counter to ask what is this, the girl said oh sorry we're running out of ingredients. There's no way that I paid almost $17 for you guys to tell me sorry we're running out of ingredients and then do nothing about it. (At that point, I thought I may have been over reacting because I understand shipment and what not, but there's is literally zero customer service )

I thought I would give the benefit of the doubt today, after a 4 month long battle of what the heart wants and the unsatisfactory facts of the situation.

but now I'm dealing with peanut butter hidden underneath Nutella because you guys are too lazy to just make a bowl which is causing an allergic reaction. All you guys have to do is listen to your customers when they speak and then follow the words on the order.

This is absolutely absurd.

I know im just one customer, but yall finally just lost a customer. And what's worse, I cannot be the only one experiencing this

My order was really good and beautifully presented. Staff was nice even though I took forever to decide what I wanted. I kind of want to try their other bowls next time but the açaí bowls are incredible!

The place is comfy and service great but I was expecting more out of the açaí bowl. Not only was it on the smaller side but the portions of the fruit and add ons wasn’t right, it was minuscule. I don’t know why I would pay extra for 5 small pieces of mango that wasn’t even fully ripe. It felt like there was a teaspoon of nutella, a teaspoon of peanut butter and the strawberries weren’t fully ripe either. I really was looking forward to trying their açaí bowls, many had good reviews but compared to many other cafes this fell short.
