This location has gone downhill significantly. A while ago a group of friends and I were sat inside with the AC off in the dead of summer. When asking the waiter what was going on, he said everything was fine even though he too was visibly sweating. Fast forward to now (and multiple other occasions in the past), it seems the only people frequenting this place are people who do not know how to teach their kids to behave, and management simply doesn't do anything. My partner and I tried to go for a quick birthday dinner since both of us had to work late. Upon arrival we were greeted by someone's screaming children running into us while they were chasing each other around the parking lot, meanwhile mom was ignoring the situation until I said something and she came up to me guns ablaze. The host and what looked like the manger simply stood there and watched. After this, they seated us inside where our booth was right next to the largest table in the restaurant, also occupied by parents who let their multiple children run around the restaurant. At this point, we just upped and left because clearly management didn't care. All in all, Grand Hacienda, or maybe just this location, is no longer worth going to. Management sucks and the food just isn't worth it.

Service was a little slow, which I attributed to the day (Mother's Day). However, I think they should have anticipated heavier than usual traffic. The food was delicious, fresh, and exactly to order. The mimosas were cold, fresh, and delicious! Great day!

The Carne Guisada was amazing. Just the right amount of spice and the beef was very tender. Prices are moderate and you get a great meal for a fair price. The skinny margaritas are delicious and the service is always attentive and timely. Great place!

My husband is completely deaf in one ear, and partially deaf in the other ear. He has difficulty communicating in restaurants due to the volume. Initially, there was an issue with my reservation request for a booth, but the manager was able to resolve the issue so that we were able to have a booth and have an awesome dining experience. Grand Hacienda is our favorite neighborhood restaurant. We walk there every chance we get. The service and the food is ALWAYS excellent!

The sever was dishonest and disrespectful. She defied my wishes to bring me my check. She brought items to the table that I as the bill payer told her I didn’t want. Worst experience ever. I will never go to this restaurant again. I fully intend to reach out to corporate. This female waitress works at the restaurant on Sheldon Road. I do NOT recommend you go to this restaurant.

Our party of 6 enjoyed chicken fajitas, Chile rellenos with salsa verde, ceviche, grand burrito, steak quesadilla. Christian was an excellent server, the food was served very quickly and superbly prepared. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered.

Walked in to the Carrollwood location at 8:35. First thing the waitress said to us was, “You know we close in 15 minutes.
Ate quick while the place closed around us , stacking chairs, mopping floor.
If you want your staff to be walking out the door at your posted closing time, close an hour earlier.
