She was attentive without ever being overbearing, made excellent drink recommendations, and every cocktail was perfectly crafted.
She truly goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience. Her positive energy and genuine hospitality are a big reason we’ll keep coming back to Grand Hacienda. Been here twice and was not super impressed. Soup was bland and the birria tacos did not have flavorful consume. Also order enchiladas and was served salsa instead of enchilada sauce.

We enjoy coming here as we can walk from our home so it is convenient. We always enjoy our cocktails: consistently well mixed which is hard to find. The servers are very sweet and attentive. I had the brisket tacos last night. They were very tasty but I have issue with the filling amount. 3 small tacos with literally a tablespoon of meat in each one, 1 sliver of pepper and that was it. They say it is served with an avocado salad. They give you some slices of avocado, some chopped tomato and iceberg lettuce. No dressing, not a salad. It's just disappointing to pay for a meal and feel you are getting ripped off. I don't mind paying but not when the meal doesn't justify the price.
It's in a great location on 4th street but the service has never been that great and the food is pretty pricey
