My husband is completely deaf in one ear, and partially deaf in the other ear. He has difficulty communicating in restaurants due to the volume. Initially, there was an issue with my reservation request for a booth, but the manager was able to resolve the issue so that we were able to have a booth and have an awesome dining experience. Grand Hacienda is our favorite neighborhood restaurant. We walk there every chance we get. The service and the food is ALWAYS excellent!
Our party of 6 enjoyed chicken fajitas, Chile rellenos with salsa verde, ceviche, grand burrito, steak quesadilla. Christian was an excellent server, the food was served very quickly and superbly prepared. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered.
We love Grand Hacienda, we are regulars and it’s been one of our go-to spots in St Pete for years. We usually sit at the bar because we love the bartender Carissa. She is always so attentive, efficient, friendly, and gracious. She just makes it fun. She knows us and others by name, always making us feel so welcome from the minute we walk in the door.
