I'm so mad I just ordered for the first time from this restaurant and it was very disappointing. I ordered wings and fries. It was pictured with sauce on the wings but my wings didn't have any sauce on them and they were over cooked. Secondly, I ordered peach cobbler and it was missing from my delivery order and I really wanted to try the peach cobbler. The restaurant is slow. It took forever for my delivery to arrive and I will never try this restaurant again!!!

My husband and I ordered two rib platters with two sides. My sides were mac n cheese and greens. My husband sides were mac n cheese and baked beans. The only thing that was good was the ribs. The sides was nasty. I'll recommend the ribs, but not those particular sides. We spent $32 and I feel that it was a waste of money being that the sides went straight to the trash.

I got the chopped chicken potato salad and baked beans with the yellow sauce. Man this place is amazing and the portions and price are excellent. I got it thru Uber Eats since I work in the area and it was fresh as can be when it arrived. Definitely going to be coming back.

WARNING- If you do not have all day..Don’t ever go here! I am so very angry. I wanted BBQ and heard about this place. I drove 20 plus minutes to get there for my lunch break. There was not (1) person in the place and they managed to give me the worse experience ever. No hello, no nothing. I walk to the counter and felt as though I was disturbing this lady’s day. I said Rib dinner please. Then, the way she asked me about sides, you would think I had just woke her out of her sleep. She takes the order I paid and sat down. I waited about 10 minutes. Remember, no one there but me. I said I am on my lunch break, I have to get back. The lady relayed that message to Marquell or something line that in the back. Then, her response to me.. the only person there is..”He’s working on another order!” I can’t wait, and I have paid. So, I finally said; that plate I just paid for..Give to the next person that comes in. To add insult to injury, there she never said, “No, wait please,” or”Yout plate is ready”and no apology. As if this was all my fault. So, I left having paid - but getting not eat! !!!

Food was great, definitely a winner there. Wife and I agreed the fried okra could use a little more flavor.

Use to love this place. Recommended it to everyone I could for good BBQ.

Places an order online on a Tuesday. Didn’t know they were closed. My card was charged. NBD. Called the next day, was told the owner would be in touch. Heard nothing back. Followed up twice via voicemail, of course they didn’t answer again. Even offered to just take the food instead of the refund in one Vmail. Waited 2 weeks before I wrote this to see if they’d be honest. Nada.

I guess they need the $60 more than I do.

I used to go out of my way to eat here whenever I was working anywhere near Central Ave. This WAS the best BBQ joint in Pinellas, probably top 3 in Tampa Bay back in the day when it was Big Tim's ...WAS. But after the old man died ...I still stop in every couple years, hoping... But the atmosphere, service and of course the BBQ have all gone downhill. -Old School TB.

Too much sauce on my pork sandwich to the point you couldn't even pick up the sandwich without it falling apart.

I bought the big rib sandwich, was burnt, and tasted like gasoline and the sauce, looked like tomato sauce, so disappointing, called back 3 times no answer, check your food before leaving this establishment

The smoked ribs have a strong carbon flavor, and the seafood mixed with butter and garlic is pretty good. The disinfectant smell in the store was too strong, making it impossible to sit and eat in the store. I can only comment that it is edible, not unpalatable, and it’s okay to eat very casually.

Stopped in yesterday for the 1st time and got met by one of the nicest girls ever!! watched some nutty professor laughed with her got me some extra Nana pudding as well got home and yall this place is ??? The greens are ridiculous like if you don't go and get the greens your tripping, also got the half a chicken and Chopped beef.....ribs were still cooking which tell me those are my next fo to and are amazing too ? By far my go to for BBQ here!! Thank yall again
