First I ordered 2 salads and they are late it's been almost forty minutes for a salad and then I sat on hold for 7 minutes and I had no answer.

I got the triple pepperoni which is a unique twist on a classic pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza is overcooked. I really like their menu and wanted to give them a high score. Most of the pepperoni had dried, burnt edges. While the crust was light and squishy the crust was browned and seemed overdone. No crunch was found at all. I might suggest changing the dough.

Called at 10:25 whoever worked on 02/17/25 dude was the definition of white trash smiled and denied service so they could leave early service when they told out to be there. By 10:50 saw half my food. The guy in the blue jacket was eating the other half.

Received the pizza an hour after ordering. Time kept getting delayed for some reason. Then when I opened the box the pizza was cold and it looked like my toddler son cut it at every angle possible. Won't be ordering from here again

Pizza was drenched in grease. The boy working at the front didn't say a word to us for a good 5-10 minutes standing there for a pick up. Very rude and when I called to place a order for pick up he was rude sounded like he hates his job.

Pizza has been very good for a chain I think it’s a step above dominos, as far as service I’ve had delivery and it was delayed an extra 20 minutes driver apologized must have been behind, now when I picked up the pizza I get notification it’s ready, and they had a service where I wait in the car, so I wait it’s raining of course hard then it stops, I waiting nearly 25 minutes, I call them no answer multiple times, I wait another 6 minutes no answer, I walk in and wait for 2 people ahead of me they had 5 employees some laughing and working ( nothing against positivity in the work place ) I told lady my order and she said oh we didn’t have a carrier to bring pizza out to you she apologized, I told her I was waiting and I called and no one picked up phone, oh yea we are very busy with orders and don’t pick up the phone, I’m like ok, I leave and the pizza was good and warm, but that service they should review with management if they can’t bring the pizza out to the vehicle let the customers know don’t make them wait extra time, thanks

After waiting for an hour and a half, they showed up with a half pepperoni and half Hawaiian pizza (apparently their Hawaiian is ham, pineapple, and onion—they don't tell you that they've destroyed the Hawaiian pizza). When it arrived, the people who wanted a regular Hawaiian (ham and pineapple) decided to go alone and order another pizza with just ham and pineapple. They said it would take 30 minutes, but they waited another hour and fifteen minutes, and they showed up with a cold pineapple and onion pizza.
This is the kind of incompetence and disrespect these people operate with. I will never in my life order from them again, and I urge anyone reading this to stay away at all costs—they will disrespect you and abuse you.

This place has a very bad pricing called this in order came to$35 as they told me the coupon they supposedly had was $27.99 well the picture right here on their advertisement says otherwise left me on hold never came back as his supposable manager was right next to him to discuss their advertisement they sent out not happy with this service slowly losing this customer this has happened more than once
