Did a pickup. Did not bother to check emails but website said the order went through and ingot charged. Went to store it was closed with no sign as to why.
Place is closed 5 :00 on a Tuesday google says they close 11PM, Nice.

Ordered a pickup online. Did not get an email notification. Tried calling and there was no answer. Drove there and it was closed with no sign. Checked my bank account and we were charged.

A few weeks ago my family ordered from this location. There were issues and the employee that I spoke with about it was incredibly rude. That being said, Angelo, the manager showed great care and went above and beyond to rectify our situation. If I could give him 5 🌟's I totally would.

LOVE MARCOS!! Always great pizza with exceptional value. Tuesday bogo pizza can feed lots of peeps for little funds. Cauliflower crust available for gluten free fans. These pies taste like gourmet pizza!

I noticed the sign that said there’s new management, so I decided to stop by and give them a chance and honestly, it was the best decision I could’ve made. From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel like a valued customer. And the pizza? Absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. You can really tell that things have changed for the better. I’m glad I gave it a try, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

First time I ordered online via Marco's app, the delivery person didn't bring change bag so I had to make a payment over the phone with a credit card. That took forever. Next orders were through Uber Eats because of specials. Those went fine. About 2 months ago I placed an order on a Tuesday, via Marco's app, for bogo pizzas. After over an hour, no delivery. I started calling the store with no answer. I waited until that evening or next day and called again. I explained what happened and was told my order was canceled. When asked why, I was told due to short staff and being busy. The gentleman I spoke to said he'd credit my account $30 for the inconvenience. I never saw said credit. More recently I tried to order again and nowhere on the app was there an option to pay by cash. I didn't place order because I wanted to use cash. Knowing ALL of this I again tried to order again today. Now was there not only a cash option, but the wing options were limited; buffalo or garlic parm. I just wanted plain. WTH is going on with this store??? It is quite disappointing. Of the run of the mill pizza joints, Marco's is the best, IMO. However, the app and ordering process is absolutely abhorrent. The service has little to be desired given their inability to make change and cancelation of an order without warning.
I called in an order for delivery because I was driving and the guy that answered sounded so annoyed, didn’t know how to enter a credit card and had to yell for help, and practically hung up on me without ever giving his name. I brushed it off because we all hate work sometimes. However an hour later the pizza still hadn’t arrived so I called to confirm it was on the way because we had people coming over for a birthday. The same guy answered and sounded annoyed, then told me don’t worry your pizza will be there in ten minutes. I waited another 25 minutes nearly an hour and a half after my pizza had been ordered and called to speak to a manager. The same guy answered and said he was the manager. I confirmed he was the manager and he said well I’m one of them. He said his name was Jordan and he remembered speaking to me the first time. When I told him I already called to make sure it was on the way he said let me see if we needed to remake it. He then checks and says oh my bad I rang it in as pick up. After I called thirty minutes prior to confirm and was told it would be there in ten minutes. I told him I would come pick it up because I couldn’t wait any longer as I had a family birthday party and people were here waiting for pizza. I went in to pick it up and he didn’t come over. In fact no one said anything they just handed me my cold pizza. Needless to say I will never order here again. Service is most definitely lacking and the pizza wasn’t great but I guess that happens after it sits for an hour.

This place is finally under new ownership and they are working to make it right and bring back the Marcos Pizzas we are used to. Great job to the team for the hard work and great pizzas!

I ordered a pizza and wings from Marco’s for takeout. The wings were what I ordered but the pizza was definitely not what I ordered. I didn’t want someone else’s pizza. I used my rewards to pay so I was definitely ripped off.

Won’t oder from this location again, 3rd time they missed my beverage and my garlic sauce for my cheezy bread. 😡😡😡
