I called to find out if Saint Johns location was opened today, since yesterday they had a plumbing issue, and was not at all pleasant leaving me a bit hesitant if I want to give them my time and money. 😞

What’s sad is that the food itself is great (expensive, but great) but the service at the Mall of America location is AWFUL. Third time I’ve been here LONG before they’re stated closing time (it’s 8:17 and they’re supposed to close at 9) and the guy said “Sorry I closed early, I hadn’t had a customer for an hour.” But we all know he’s staying to make sure his time sheet gives him full pay and SAYS he worked until 9. I just tried their lobster salad roll last weekend while we were staying at the beach for a couple nights. I was going back to our room from the beach and it was over 100 degrees out, the kids were grumpy and I just wanted a lobster roll. It was delicious! The staff was so friendly, and even gave me a sample of their slushy drink (mix the lemonade and strawberry açaí 😉) and it was SO refreshing. I’ll definitely have to visit every time we are in town.
