The staff was friendly. The food was good and the portion was good. My first dish came out too spicy, and they made it again for me. The price was good value.

This place is flipping amazing! But what would you expect from the owners of Pin Wok & Bowl? I brought a new friend here today, and we both stuffed ourselves with delicious food at a reasonable price. There's a new trendy place for onigiri in town, but I don't know how they could beat the onigiri here. The tom kha (coconut) soup is just crazy good. I can't wait until their move to Grand Central!

Amazing every time. The food is incredible; we especially love their Tom Kha, Curry, Pho, and Sushi. Everything is priced reasonably, great quality and so tasty. The staff is always kind and welcoming. You can't go wrong here.

This place is so cute, the decorations are inviting, the staff is friendly and the food came out in good timing and was delicious. I had the platter and you can choose up to a certain amount of items depending on the sizes. The choice of sizes to chose from is small $11, medium $13 and $15 large.
I had the large platter. The tuna was so fresh with the perfect texture.
The sweet tea was good as well, it had a light brew taste.
This establishment is priced fairly. You get a lot of food for the price.

We had a family lunch here, we were served one at a time with an awkward period of time in between to either eat your food still hot and be rude or eat cold food while being polite. The beef is the Consistency of beef jerky . The WORST PART was the parking!!! There is a sign on the side of the building about towing procedures but one assumes as a patron of the restaurant, that parking in the ONLY parking lot on the property , that this only applies to those who park and do not come in and buy food. This is a common understanding. There is nothing inside the restaurant to warn you about this situation, and none of the staff even attempt to mention the fact that if you sit down to eat, and you parked in the restaurant's ONLY parking lot... your car will be towed WITH A QUICKNESS!!! It will cost you $160 to get your car back. This facility most certainly gets a kickback from A-1 towing services!! We witnessed multiple customers having their cars towed away while eating at this establishment! What I want to know is why would any business choose to stoop to this level of racketeering and risk losing one customer after another just so they can get their kickback? The claim is that the parking lot is for their employees to park in....all 5 of them in the restaurant!! What they will sadly begin to realize is that with no customers ...you have no business to operate, and if you are running the customers off by towing their car away and making them pay to get it back just so you can get extra money , then people will eventually stop coming. Word gets out! Lesson learned, I will NEVER be back and I will tell EVERYONE that I know about their policy. An investigation is long overdue! I will see to it that this happens and each, and every one of us who were scammed into patronizing their business, only to have them tow our cars away, so they could make a few extra bucks for themselves should be due a full refund as this is criminal level theft!

It felt like this restaurant was skimping- not enough filling in the onigiri, the spicy tuna (after a day in the fridge) was inedible , this tiny tiny cheesecake was $6. The people were very nice though!

There’s no parking and the staff were very rude. The food might be good but it sucks spending money on a place where they treat you like trash.
I’ve been to Pin On Cafe twice now. The food is pretty good. The first time I had the Yellow Curry and the second time I had the Spicy Tom Yum fried rice. The latter has a lot of flavor coming out of the kaffir leaves. I thought the dish was well balanced with protein. I had chicken this time. We also tried the tiger eyes roll. It’s a very large roll with a lot going on. It’s a bit difficult to eat. Not a bad place to stop in. They have a variety of different items from rice, bowls, and sushi.
Pin On is usually pretty good. Go there for lunch and it's an incredible value. Two people can split the large lunch platter and it's just $15. Lots of good things to pick such as sushi, chicken, steak, noodles, and potstickers.
