Each time I’ve been here alone or w/ friends, it’s a nice experience. Staff are friendly, attentive and food is fresh. I especially love their summer rolls w/ vegetables served w/ peanut satay sauce and sweet chili thai, not pictured since they were quickly devoured. Uneven experience. I have ordered takeout twice. The first time my Green Curry with chicken was absolutely delicious. The second time it was just meh. The bamboo didn’t seem as fresh. The green curry wasn’t as “green.” The pad Thai was just okay too. The noodles weren’t super flavorful, definitely sour but missing something. Just okay for me.
I no longer live in the area but I still drive about an hour and a half to visit Pin Wok and Bowl from time to time. The thing that impressed me the most was the consistency and attention to detail. My gf and I used to go here at least once a month for as long as they’ve been open (we even use to go here when it was a different restaurant called the mango tree).
