Very bad service at the drive-thru. The person, according to what he said, didn't understand us and then came out to ask us if we only spoke Spanish. My husband was ordering in English. Then he didn't want to give us his name or go through to the manager. Save yourself a bad time and don't go to that place.

I visited this location with my mother August 06, 2025. We both ordered a combo meal, mine was a 1/4 lb of popcorn shrimp & I was SO craving these as we had been there a month or two ago & I really had enjoyed them & the side & biscuit were exceptional in my opinion. On this day my order seemed to be a bit older, was disappointed quickly as shrimp was so chewy not as good. Within a few mins I believe it was a manager that approached our table asking if we were enjoying our meal & I do not normally say anything, but he was so kind to come over & ask I did mention & this young man went out of his way to make all a great experience, offered to replace with freshly cooked popcorn shrimp & then he returned to kitchen but when I tried I lit up with joy as they were great & looked up to find this man & saw him looking & gave him a thumbs up & he smiled & it made for a great experience - I thought he was so kind, generous with his offer, handsome :) but more importantly he seemed to be a truly wonderful human & that is worth leaving a comment for these days. THANK YOU KIND SIR!! ;) It had been a rough day, my mother & I were a bit heavy with some difficult emotions some grief & financial worry - you turned our day around made it so much better LOVE YA! We will be back :)

I ordered chicken dippers, fries, and a biscuit on uber eats. The only thing that was correct were the chicken dippers. Instead i relieved two sides of mashed potatoes with no fries or biscuit in sight. Despite the reciept displaying the correct order.

We asked the woman taking orders to give us a minute to look over the menu, and her response was “don’t take too long, we’re on a timer.” There was nobody even behind us and we were being rushed and told to hurry up and order. Then we were told to pull up and wait five minutes for “fresh product.” 15 minutes+ later we finally received our order with no apology even after explaining the situation.

So disappointed in my order that was not only wrong, it was cold. I ordered 8 butterfly shrimp and got 8 popcorn shrimp. When I called, nobody bothered to answer the phone. When I went in to offer the opportunity to correct their mistake, their “manager” insisted my order was correct, yelled at me, and kept calling me outside of my name. Professionalism is completely absent, food quality is nil and the atmosphere is hostile. So disappointing.

This trip was terrible. I show up as a girl was getting fired, screaming profanities at her manager right as I pull up to the drive thru. Let them know I have a mobile order, they tell me to pull up to the door as they are bagging it now. 15 minutes later they bring out my order. I get home to find they messed up one of my meals. On the other meals, the popcorn shrimp is miniature and very bland. The chicken they try to call tenders is not tender by any means. It looks like they fileted it, beat the crap out of it trying to tenderize it, then breaded it. I've seen losing pro boxers look better than this chicken. Come on guys, gotta do better. I will not be back to this location.

Ordered a 3 piece. Chicken was very small and old. And the cajun rice was regular old white hard rice without any chicken or ground beef in it.

TERRIBLE

The food was just nasty not fresh I couldn’t even eat any of the food I spent $18 to throw away the food

I went to the drive through on a Friday night and got a sandwich. It was great so I went the next Friday to get another sandwich. But it felt like it was directly out of the refrigerator. I know I got extra pickles, but they couldn't have cooled down the sandwich to fifty degrees in five minutes!

Worst meal I have had in years, and don't bother trying to get a messed up order fixed by the manager. She'd rather call you a liar to your face. I KNEW we should have gone to KFC!
I've eaten LOTS Of New Orleans food, since N.O. is my hometown, and NOBODY in all of Louisiana cooks THAT badly!
