Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered a 3 piece. Chicken was very small and old. And the cajun rice was regular old white hard rice without any chicken or ground beef in it.

TERRIBLE

The food was just nasty not fresh I couldn’t even eat any of the food I spent $18 to throw away the food

I went to the drive through on a Friday night and got a sandwich. It was great so I went the next Friday to get another sandwich. But it felt like it was directly out of the refrigerator. I know I got extra pickles, but they couldn't have cooled down the sandwich to fifty degrees in five minutes!

Worst meal I have had in years, and don't bother trying to get a messed up order fixed by the manager. She'd rather call you a liar to your face. I KNEW we should have gone to KFC!
I've eaten LOTS Of New Orleans food, since N.O. is my hometown, and NOBODY in all of Louisiana cooks THAT badly!

They keep up the service and and the way they treat customers at this place it won't be at Popeyes for long people don't like that kind of stuff I was treated rudely I couldn't believe I was in a restaurant that wants my returning business

The absolute worst Popeyes in the county. Plus they charge more than every Popeyes in the county which doesn't make sense. Id give zero stars if i could

I was excited and scared when they opened up. I love the food but the service has been horrible at every one in St Pete. The first week they opened they were great. Since they have been absolute garbage. They are always out of stock of certain items. One time the dining room was closed and for the past month you can’t even use the drive thru. Did you forget you are a fast food place? That was my fault I guess, I forgot you were a fast food place and I had way too high of expectations. Just close it down now. We could use another car wash anyways…..

UPDATE: Wife went there the other day and went though the drive thru! She said they were fast and all the food was available. She also mentioned the person taking her order was great. Glad to hear some improvement.

The food is good and the Mac and cheese is in my opinion some of the best Mac and cheese I have ever tasted.

Went to this location a basic meal. Tenders fries, mashed potatoes and added red beans rice and fried pickles. Of course they forgot the fries. Won't waste my time calling. They too dumb to put 5 things in a bad not worth calling to deal with more stupidity.

Place was dirty. Service minimal. Food was aweful. I do not recommend. We will never go back.

They were having a challenging night, but it wasn't obvious because everyone was friendly & doing what they could. The long wait time was okay because the food was fresh, hot & tasty.

My order was completely wound my biscuit was hard on one side and soggy on the other my chicken was the wrong kind of meat and the lady taking my order was so rude.

We went to the one on 34th st., never again, the employee's don't care at all, rude, rude, rude.
