We walked in on a vacation and the building quickly filled up to the brim, the ONE worker there doing everything was incredibly patient and quick with our group of almost 10+ more in line behind us. Every flavor was great and they had dairy free options!
We both had the Iced Latte-Da ice cream and it was phenomenal! Owen was great to give us samples until we decided on the perfect flavor. Smooth and creamy homemade ice cream with yummy hot fudge! The sundaes at Sprinkles are the best around!
I got a cotton candy scoop, and I have to say, it was delicious! The texture of it was so good and it was all around just a great product! The staff on shift was also extremely accommodating and friendly with me, I think they said their name was Lucien! Although, whilst the positives are there, there are also negatives. I was sitting in with my family, and it was extremely busy at the time! And it looked like the poor worker was there by themself! I understand if you’re short...
