Both of my littles have had all of their ENT surgeries from Dr. Trowbridge, MD She’s a great doctor. I recently had the pleasure of seeing Samantha Hunt, APRN. She was absolutely wonderful and listened to my concerns and answered my questions to the best of her ability. Some questions were things that were only things the doctor could really answer and it was slightly too soon after surgery to even answer them. She came in the room with a big smile, she immediately introduced herself to my daughter and it’s very rare these days to see someone with true compassion for what they do. She definitely made me love this practice more. I was a bit nervous because our previous appointment didn’t go so well with the APRN? I don’t even remember her name but thankfully the actual doctor was there to confirm something I had concerns about. Regardless dr. Trowbridge has done surgery for my son and my daughter and has improved their lives with the surgeries that she’s done. The surgery center in Odessa is always wonderful as well! With my terrible anxiety they managed to calm me and put my mind at ease. Our last nurse was absolutely wonderful when my daughter was waking up from surgery.

The best in the city! The staff are very welcoming! When you enter its very calming and age appropriate. Don't get comfortable because the wait time is less than 5 minutes. I really appreciate each and every one of them.

They are so professional, kind, respectful and sweet with the children and family. After surgery they will fallow up with a call, making sure your child is doing well.

Dr. Karempelis is the best of the best!! Almost 2 years post-op and continually impressed and satisfied with the care and attention we’ve received. This practice was the best find at the most desperate time.

We have seen this group in two different locations multiple times over the course of 1.5 years. We have consistently found the office staff to be the most disorganized and incompetent out of all specialists we have seen for our child. Both office staff and providers are unfriendly - and even callous when calling to ask a question - towards families. I can’t think of a single time our doctor smiled at our child, and it is my opinion none of the people in the office should be involved in the care of children.

Dr. Orobello is as nice as they come! Him and his nurse went above and beyond for our boys. We really appreciate the care they provided. I also have the privilege of working with him in the OR and know my boys are in good hands when they have their surgery. All the providers are excellent. I would feel comfortable with any one of them treating my kids.

My son had a foreign body in his nose.I called and was offered several openings for the same day or next day. Apon our arrival i was nervous for my son as he doesn’t like people near his nose/ears. When we got there we were greeted with a smile. We didn’t wait long until we were called back. Alyssa asked a couple questions about what was going on and then she got to work. She was so patient and gentle with my son. I was beyond happy that the object was removed from my sons nose and that he himself had a great experience (he normally hates going to the doctors) but he left here with a smile! 10/10 recommend, we will be coming back for future appointments.
