Taco Dirty St. Pete

I haven't been here in over 8 months. I came back because I remember the food being tasty. And it was ! The tacos were filled and yummy. They have kiosks where you can order your food. People are complaining about the kiosks but I actually prefer it - I can take my time and look through the menu. You can still dine outside or take it to go.

Used to love this place until they went “contactless.” Now it takes longer to place an order on their electronic pad than to just walk up and tell them what I want (similar to chipotle) like it used to be. Prices have also increased and portions have gotten smaller. Better off and faster to just go to fresh kitchen next door. Great concept for the food hall if they didn’t make all of these terrible changes.

Every part of my experience at Taco Dirty was disappointing. Their juices and teas were so watered down and tasted like soap, really upsetting considering we paid almost $4. We waited over 20 min for a soggy burrito that had the insides spilling out and tacos that were overfilled with rice and 3 small dingy pieces of steak. Not to mention the $2 sauce cup of guac when i could get a way bigger (and probably more appetizing) portion at Chipotle. $30 down the drain. If you’re looking for a delicious taco place, turn around, this ain’t the one.

I came in on October 21 at 9:10pm to get some dinner. As i walked in everything inside was turn off. I was told by the staff that they were already close. Their sign outside clearly says open until 9:30pm. Its really upsetting because i work late every day and i was hopping to get a nice late dinner and i wasnt allow get anything to eat tonight. Its false advertising. If the restaurant is close early they should have a sign out saying they are closing early and explain why. Im super disappointed i will never come back again for dinner.

We used to love this place but it’s now a “virtual kitchen” only so you can only place an order through their website or Uber eats. Very confusing as you have customers standing around wondering how to order. The restaurant looks disheveled… I’m not sure what happened to this place? We did not realize it was “virtual kitchen” now so placed an order using Uber eats while we sat outside and waited. App said our food was ready but kitchen staff said it wasn’t so we needed to wait another 10+ minutes. All in all we were waiting over 25 minutes for the food to be ready and nobody at the counter communicates what’s going on.

My Husband and I were coming around 9:10pm on October 21 to get some later dinner. We weren't allowed to get anything at all. As soon as we walked in the staff told us they were close for the day. Their sign cleary says 9:30pm. We weren't told why they close early nor a sign was place explaining why they close early. We are supper disappointed and we won't be coming back for dinner again if we are going to be wasting our time.

My husband and I we used to love this place. We came back after a few months just to find out that right now is just a virtual kitchen. The size portion has changed, has decreased quality. The whole restaurante and surroundings looks dirty/disheveled, they make you wait and you can seat on a disgusting coach in the restaurant or at dirty patio full of dust and full of trash. Most likely we’re not coming back. So unfortunate because it was a such a good place but due poor management this place is not worth it anymore.

Great food for a company function. High-quality and balanced flavors. Not a cilantro fan but it was light and pleasant. Maybe the best I have had in St Pete yet. ??

Nothing cohesive due to the nature of the menu. Quasi-vegan oddly flavored fancy named options to choose from. Skip right past it, go anywhere else.

We love this place! The nachos are so good, the vegan queso is the best. Their 3/$9 Taco Tuesday is awesome. I love all the different FRESH ingredients you can customize with and it’s so easy to eat vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free here whereas a lot of other taco spots hardly even have veg options ?

Like a few others, I’m also disappointed by the new ordering system. I much preferred going to the counter, seeing my choices and order while the bowl was being made in front of me. The kiosk system was confusing and very awkward. I hadn’t been in a while, but my visits will likely continue to be seldom now

I used to love this place and would come every week. I cannot for the life of me figure out why management decided to change the menu and the restaurant model. The menu has been reworked. Our favorite bowls we would order every week were taken off the menu. The food quality seemed to be lower than before. Certain ingredients (like pickled jalapenos and jalapeno sour cream) were completely gone.You used to stand there and watch the staff make bowls and you'd bit-by-bit customize your bowl. Now this is all done behind a wall.Disappointing changes. Bring back the old Taco Dirty!

We used to love this place and would eat here every week. Unfortunately they have made a lot of changes to their menu taken some of the best things away (Brussels sprouts, pickled jalapeños, our favorite sauces, and more) and it is no longer as enjoyable. They have also made it so that you can no longer order at the line you can only order at a touch screen iPad and they shoved a bunch of furniture in front of where the main line and covered the glass up so you can no longer see them making your food.

We use two love this place. But they went and had to change to the menu. And got rid of alot of the items. especially the brussel sprouts. And changed the walk up and fog the window. Guessing to hide all the empty spots from the missing food (brussel sprouts). Will not be returning untill the food is back. BRUSSEL SRROUTS, BRUSSEL SPROUTS!!!!

New menu change terrible. Was very good now limited taco items kinda of bummer, loved the shrimp now gone and the roasted corn salsa now gone ,Verde chicken gone , honestly have to find a new spot for taco Tuesday's. ?
