We came from Massachusetts with strict orders from friends try this food truck. And I cannot tell you how incredibly happy we are to have been able to check it out. Ray is not just an unbelievable cook. He was welcoming, kind, and opened my eyes to food truck cuisine. We are going back before we leave and returning when we visit St. Pete again. Some friends and I were in Orlando for a few days and were referred to Ubuntu by friends back home in Boston, who told us we had to stop by this food truck. OMG!!! The Amalie fries that Patrick made were BOMB!!! Highly recommend??? Patrick, I don’t know what you did or how you made them but they were PERFECT!!! They were crispy, light, the perfect balance of saltiness, and very good! Highly recommend if you’re in the Dunedin area?
