Wingstop Reviews
over a dollar a wing and I still had to purchase ranch dressing for my wings. 20 wings for over $30 with no dipping sauce.
1. Website not allowing pick up orders
2. Once there, nothing but excuses about website.
3. Tiny restaurant, seating 20.
4. One TV, in the back, over the bathrooms.
5. Do not sell beer (with wings??????)
6. Inedible boneless wings, identical to Buffalo Wild Wings (hmmmmm), impenetrable by metal fork ( the reason you don’t see a Buffalo Wild Wing review).
7. Total and complete ambivalence by staff.

Wingstop is a well-known restaurant renowned for its delectable food and excellent service. Customers often experience a wait, but it's worthwhile for the tasty chicken wings and other menu items. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy periods. The food is a highlight, with flavors like lemon pepper and garlic parmesan being particularly praised. The Lemon Pepper flavored chicken tenders are a standout, with a perfect balance of lemon juice and black pepper seasoning. Customers have consistently praised the restaurant's communication, speed, and knowledgeable staff. One customer noted the top-tier service from a staff member named London, who made them feel welcomed and valued. The atmosphere is described as "chill" and professional, with the restaurant being clean and well-maintained. However, there have been some recent issues with orders, including missing items and delivery problems. Despite these challenges, the manager Celette Lusby has been recognized for her quick and sweet responses, ensuring that customers leave satisfied. Overall, Wingstop offers a great dining experience with excellent food and service.
